“I often go to this store to drop off my Amazon returns. Few times have shipped items from here too. Very friendly staff. Try their best to help customers as much as possible, some of the regulars they know by name.
Store is kept clean. Has a lot of foot traffic from local customers. Alongside shipping, the store has lots of other services like packaging, shredding, engraving, copying, printing, and mailboxes. A lot of stationary items are also available for purchase.”

“This was my first experience sending a barrel down for friends/family. After some research of finding a shipping company I came across Dennis shipping (Bronx location). I requested a pick up online,and received a call the next morning to select a pick up date. I went to the location to pick up two barrels, and the staff were polite.The two guys who picked up the barrels was pleasant as well (remember to tip them whatever you can spare). Overall my experience was pretty good. I called to follow up on arrival time and they said 2 weeks to get to Kingston and it definitely arrived on time. My friends/family picked up a few days after arriving at the Wharf. Most importantly it was affordable to send, customer service was good,and nothing came up short. I will use Dennis again.I recommend.”

“This ups location has the new self service machine. Which is amazing because you can just scan your labels and don’t have to wait in line and just drop off your packages in the box’. You can also email or text the receipt vs the paper option. Which is one good for the environment but you like paper you can still do it. The people there are super friendly and helpful. Like that they have that machine.”

“I asked THE UPS STORE #5527 to arrange the collection, packaging and despatch of a print I had bought at auction. It was framed. The initial estimate covered the cost of packaging a highly breakable frame. I didn’t want the frame and asked my contact at UPS if he could remove it and send the print rolled in a tube. I expected the normal bureaucratic procedural response: ‘ we do not interfere in customer’s items ..’ etc etc. but no, not at the all: the extremely friendly intelligent and responsive UPS person said he would take the print out and send it frameless and thus reduced the costs by 60% ! Not only that but throughout this interaction he guided me through the nuances of the payment system and other potential problems

Many organisations - often while they are making you wait hours to talk one of their operatives- claim that ‘customer service is our priority’. This usually rings false; profits and share prices are their priority. But in the case of THE UPS STORE #5527 this mantra is true !”

“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! “This is a great home town post office. It's small but that's what makes it so convenient. No lines and quick & friendly service. You have to be aware of their hours which are different from the main offices but other than that I really appreciate having it in my area.”
