The owner knows every detail about every bottle of gin in the store and generously offered a tasting of any of those she had open. There's also a friendly dog who greeted us at the door and magnet tiles to keep the kids busy while you browse

Rachel, the owner at Savvy Sips, is an absolute master at what she does. She’s gotten to know our wine tastes over the years and has an amazing ability to pick the perfect ones out for us. She also curated all the wine for our wedding, our holiday parties and more. She has never steered us wrong. She’s like a human wine algorithm that only gets better. I highly recommend tapping into her as a wine and spirit advisor for all occasions!

Awesome store right on Main Street. Completely renovated and new owner. Great wine selection and very knowledgeable. They had a wine tasting when I was there, and got a nice little education on some killer Long Island wines they carry. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, inviting space for a really well-curated selection of wines to fit every budget. Rachel, the owner, has never steered me toward the more typical choices, but has a way of recommending "under the radar" wines that become favorites. I completely trust her to custom-make a gift selection for any occasion. If you get a chance, try the weekly tastings -- you'll learn so much. I love this place, and the Irvington location is worth the trip from anywhere. Best little wine shop in the Rivertowns.

A lovely new shop on Main Street! I was impressed with the wide and unique selection of wines. The owner specializes in organic and bio dynamic wines and has a great international selection as well. I stopped by today and she was doing a shop local tasting with a NY winery and does feature tastings every Friday and Saturday. Cute store with a good vibe and she also sells spirits.

Savvy Sips Wine and Spirits is open in Irvington, and is a delightful new experience. Rachel Tieger, the owner, has worked in the wine business for decades and is a great resource to help you decide on a selection suited to your tastes. She specializes in great wines produced by environmentally-sustainable vintners, such as those that are organic, biodynamic and vegan-friendly, along with traditional selections. She is also building a stock of all kinds of spirits and liqueurs, and is happy to receive your suggestions. The store is open all days but Monday. Really worth checking out!
