Horrible company . Completely Unprofessional. I waited 2 months to get 5 tv installed because they don't work on weekends, they can start a job in the afternoon. They never answer phones. They email but then don't answer at all for a week. Prices way to high for job. I have a hectic schedule and asked if they could do it when not there and verify tv heights before . Not possible. I was told so I get an email not a call to say electrician was quarantine Could not make the install schedule for today. They had no resources To get anyone else They then suggest they could verify height today and do another dad by email. Funny as I asked that months ago and they refused . Robert is absolutely the worst. So unprofessional and passive aggressive. Even though I was working out of state I was able to find someone to come today and do the work . Please do Not do business with this company. you will be overcharged , be inflexible and never return calls or emails . The funny thing is despite This I was able to get all my tvs beautiful installed . The new company was completeLu the opposite. They kept in contact me , were much more professional and courteous and most importantly you can call and text them . For less that half the price .they appreciate their customers.Do your self a favor dont use live wire! I can give you a number to a much more professional organization who treat customers with respect and appreciate their customers! I also saved a mint so maybe I will take a vacation to Fiji as they just opened their borders and I have extra money I saved

Even one star is too much. The worst security and alarm company ever. I had a longtime company which when we had a problem would respond and come and fix it within a day. They were always in touch. Every time I have a problem, Live Wire takes at least a day or two to even just return a phone call. Getting them to come fix a problem (now my smoke alarm isn't working - it's not a small thing,) has already taken 2 days and I still haven't connected despite leaving multiple messages for multiple people. Do not use them .

We had the awesome team from Live Wire, install our video surveillance system at our new Car Wash in NJ. In Dec. 2020. The same guys installed my home alarm system 26 years ago and it’s still working fine. These guys took care of everything in a prompt professional manner. I couldn’t be happier with the top notch professional camera system they recommended and professionally installed at a very competitive price.I would highly recommend Live Wire for all your security needs.

Asked for a quote from Rob the owner over a month ago and STILL waiting to hear back. I was promised a quote two weeks ago - call their office rolls to voice mail always and by design. No one calls you back - basically their way or no way and no customer follow up whatsoever. Worse service than the DMV, literally!

I'm not big on writing reviews but i have decided it was important for people to hear what others say. I have been dealing with Live Wire over several years! They installed an intercom system throughout my home and then I had them do an alarm system. They were always hands on when I needed them. Calls were returned on a timely basis and I was very pleased. Last year we had a Sonos system installed and loved it so much we bought our children one for their home from them. Recently we bought a sports bar in the city and Robert installed all the TV's and worked all hours to get it to work. Work was neat and dependable! I am very happy with the service I received! There are two sides to every story! If they were as bad as the reviews below say, they'd be out of Business!
