“We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“I needed help with my 2001 jaguar XJ8, while what seemed like 30 out of 32 shops did not want to touch the jaguar, Ralph and his team were not hesitant to try to fix the issue. Ultimately in the end they were able to resolve the issue while being extremely professional and extremely fair priced they have a customer for life. For all your car needs just come here, they’ll take care of you for sure.”
“I was driving on 303 in a brand new $120,000 BMW and had apparently ran over a humungous bolt. I felt the car losing air like crazy and was able to somehow pull into the station. A man was there with his son at closing and saw I was desperate and plugged my tire after removing the giant bolt. He’s stayed happily and didn’t send me away, he literally saved me that night because nothing else was open. I’m so thankful to have this shop in my own town and I’ll use them again anytime I ever have a problem.”
“I am very thankful to their service. I have a break noise and went to three different repair shops to get estimates. One shop never gave me a estimate and didn’t take my call afterwards. One shop said I need change rotors and pads plus calipers. Another shop said I need change all four rotors and pads and maybe calipers. Only lennny took out the tires and told me that all calipers are good and I only need change the rear rotors and pads?for now, but maybe soon need change front rotors and pads and quoted me reasonable price. I decided only change the rear ones for now and take care the front ones in the future. Really appreciate their honesty service.”

“I brought my 2009 Pilot for a new transmission - I knew my current transmission would have to be completely replaced. The initial price I received was a bit high - but also fair IF quality work was done.It has now been about 6 months - my car runs amazing - their work is truly quality - with quality parts.A couple of other pearls: 1. The price ended up being lower than the initial quote and 2: they not only put in a new transmission, but they also fixed my brake lights, tires pressures and replaced all my fluids (including a synthetic oil change) - there is still no "lights" going off - which is amazing - not even a tire light. If you want quality work at a descent price - this is it. He's not the cheapest but the prices are very fair - yet I still feel like I got a good deal due to the quality of work.”

Occasionally I'll try another mechanic for convenience purposes, but at the end of the day it's damn near impossible to find somebody better than them.They may not always be the fastest option out there (though they always do their best to accommodate) but if you want the job done RIGHT with no bs, go to Lou's. Their prices are always very reasonable, and never once have they tried to upsell or bait-and-switch me. They will also let you know which issues are more urgent than others, so that YOU can make the best choice for your situation. Good luck finding another mechanic with that level of honesty!”
“RELIABLE, TIMELY, And above all else UPFRONT and TRUSTWORTHY. That is my review of them after 8 years several referrals and vehicles of all types later. My father was a master mechanic and together we always fixed and maintained my vehicles. After he passed finding a solid mechanic took years. IT EXISTS!!! No upselling and great integrity in their work and in themselves. Very to the point with no fluffing or sales pitch. They also stand by their work. They’re worth every dime and much more honestly. None the less they’re reasonable and treat you like a human and not an endless bank. If what they need to do changes, which is rare, 1. They tell you 2. Its vitally necessary, unavoidable, and for your safety. Also notice the certificates in the office. The dates and what for. They keep their diagnostics sharp and always evolving their knowledge and techniques for effective efficiency no matter how many years they’ve been under the hood. Best combination of irreplaceable decades of experience and the latest in diagnostic efficiency. “Looks small, but has large, very clean bathroom (external access with key). Organized and clean inside, lots of snack and coffee selections. Even has a microwave, which we used!! The lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. Only downside: very little parking.”

I spoke with Mike the mechanic who told me to bring the car in the am & he would check it for me.Mike was very professional, knowledgeable on what was happening with my car. Long story short . Mike repaired the part to the engine light and other items that needed repair.The price was reasonable, but most importantly I trusted Mike with my car , he treated my car as if it was his own. “It’s a gas station. Nothing spectacular. Self-pump, orderly lines, 3 pumps per lane so the lines move at a reasonable pace. Good to know that the hose is long enough to reach the opposite side if that is where your tank cap is.”

“Loved this station for years, until today. Customer Service was & likely IS still Excellent. The owners recently spruced up the interior.All of the staff are amazing people. Kind, Generous, Hospitable.Irvington Shell Station was Excellent before the NYS Lockdown. Usually Open 24/7.New signs on the only accessible door stating policy changes.Except for one change.They failed to state their new hours.Walked there in the middle of the night to a retail store Normally Open 24/7 to find it locked. NO SIGN indicated their revised hours.From this day forward until May 29 2022, I am boycotting this shell station.I'll miss them, yet I will miss the time I spent to get to them even more.”
