So grateful to Brian, the owner of this store. My train to NYC was coming in ten minutes when I realized I'd left my (ancient) Macbook Air charger back home... an hour and a half north. I stopped in to DoctorMac to see about purchasing a new charger; Brian said that he didn't sell any compatible with my computer anymore, but he HAD saved a few that people turn in for exactly this reason. He went to a back room and returned with a perfectly new looking charger, which he insisted on giving me for free. My work trip to the city was saved. It's little moments of kindness like this that make all the difference!

After overestimating my ability to change the battery in my MacBook Air, I needed to be bailed out - and fast. Not only did Brian make me feel totally welcome and at ease, but he also diagnosed and fixed the problem and had the laptop ready for pickup within two days. On top of that he included the work and a few screws (which I had lost) in the standard bench fee. Better yet he made me feel less incompetent by explaining that the work required was quite minor. Doctor Mac definitely rates five stars.

DoctorMac in Irvington is ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Mac stores generally are great, but they’re usually overcrowded and getting an appointment is so hard. Dr. Mac is reliable for same day or next day service.DoctorMac is an honorable local business that goes above & beyond.They will walk you through what some might think is basic, even double checking to be sure you understand the needs of your computer.

Brian worked on my imac mid2011 and reconnected the LED display to the logic board. The repair was done in one day and gave me a working computer. I received a detailed email after the work was completed describing the unit's condition. As a bonus, they replaced the cracked glass screen. This is an incredible resource in Westchester for repair of Apple products. I give them my highest recommendation for this service.

I took my Mac in for a checkup as fan was going continuously. Brian helped explain what was happening and came up with a good solution. Also, initially I agreed to purchase a backup system from the store, but realized that it wasn't a good fit for me. I was really impressed that Brian immediately took the system back, no charges. Highly recommend these professionals!

I'm in town for the day, and I've been having problems with my iPhone's lightning port. Brian was very accommodating - helped me sort out the problem and sent me on my way. Would definitely recommend over going to an Apple Store, based on my experiences with Apple Stores on both coasts. Thank you, Brian!

These guys are the Urgent Care for Macbooks. No upselling, no chaos, no ageism. I can't tell you how many anxiety attacks they've prevented. I go nowhere else for products and service.

I was frazzled and distraught over my computer issue. I had been trying to fix it for over 24 hours! I had never been to Dr. Mac, but had heard so many good things over the years. I walked in and the vibe was so serene! I felt more calm almost immediately, and my problem was solved in, literally, 2 minutes flat. Go to Dr. Mac! I am so thankful, and I bet you will be, too!

Quick service and friendly staff - they went out of their way to get my computer fixed the same day the part came in to get it to back to me before the weekend. Highly recommend DoctorMac!

Excellent work by the two personable gentleman working there. Usually finishes before i expect and their repairs are impeccable. Even Apple recognizes the excellent quality of their work. And no lines lol!!

I am kicking myself for not having discovered "Dr. Mac" earlier. They saved our very sick old Macbook and did so quickly and remarkably inexpensively. Service and treatment of customers was great. Highly recommended.
