“I contacted Precision Floors for a quote on purchasing and installing a new floor with LVP and carpet. The owner, Frank Calabro, answered my questions and provided a very reasonable quote for both. Ultimately, I decided to place an order for carpet which was several hundred dollars less through him than with a competitor for the same carpet.I found Frank to be very straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. What particularly impressed me was that he showed up with his installers to make sure the job was started correctly, then returned later in the day to make sure that everything was satisfactory. “Around the end of 2016, Carpet World took care of my new apartment. The staff are wonderful...they don't pressure you into anything, they're knowledgeable, and they're very helpful. I was able to find *exactly* what I wanted, and their installers did a fantastic job! Three years in, the carpet is holding up really well, even up against a cat and a toddler, and is almost as soft as it was when I got it.Today I stopped by again because I'm about to show for 4 days at a convention and wanted something soft to step on. They had some scraps that were the perfect size for my needs.
