I DoorDash on the side to make extra money. I had just went in to this store about fifteen minutes prior to writing this review. Maybe around 3:40ish. It was a pizza order for someone in the grooming salon named Jade. I normally never have problems with this store or anything like that. Also, I’m not one to throw people under the bus and try to get them in trouble, etc. But I was kind of shocked how the girl in the grooming salon acted upon me walking up to the door to hand her the food she had ordered. There was a dog she was with which I completely understand and I wasn’t going to just barge in. But she must have thought I was going to because she put her hand up super dramatically waving it around for me to stop and not enter. Normally I would not care, but it was just the way she went about it. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Clearly she wanted me to wait until she was finished with the dog before handing her the food and I just do not get paid enough to stand around waiting for people. So, I set the food down outside the door and left. She should have noted on the app that she might be with a dog and set a designated place for me to set her food. Not necessary to be rude and impatient with someone that’s just delivering your order.

Actually, zero stars but that wasn't an option. I just drove 30 minutes because the website and the grooming hours on the actual store says until 7pm. Arrived at 6:30pm and when I asked the store manager, why the groomers was closed? He said oh yeah they must have closed early. No care in the world. This has happened to me at this location before. Very unprofessional. I don't have this problem anywhere else. What I came for was to clip and/or buff my dogs nails?

I Never go into pet stores that sell live animals but had to go for neighbor who I was pet sitting for . Soon as I passed by a gecko tank I could see a very sick animal. I told the person in the aquarium department and upon looking at the animal they said “What’s wrong”? My god this animal had dry skin , white fungal infection on top , labor breathing , eyes were cloudy and half closed. Clearly not well. Please stop selling these poor animals. If I had the time and set up I would of bought him but I would not be convinced he was going to make it either way. My heart is broken for these animals.
