My wife recently dropped of two totes of clothes, and when she asked for the totes back, the response she got was "once the totes are in the building they are ours." So we just lost two totes simply because they crossed the threshold of building. Absolutely a first for us and anyone else I've talked to. We would have come back with garbage bags but were not given the option as the totes had already been brought inside. A truly fascinating policy for a business that gets all of its merchandise for free. Times really must be tough.

I wish there was a way to drop off goods before 9am. But there is no other drop sites near me with donation boxes. So here i wait till 9am staring at a printed sign "do not leave items outside".

These stores have turned into nothing but GREEDwill. They upped the amount of times you have to donate in order to receive a coupon for other donated goods. They jacked up all of the prices and removed any discounts weekly. They also don't allow you to return items purchased at other stores, so make sure you want to spend $10 in gas to return an item you buy. absolutely disgusting organization.
