I found the bank to be rather inconvenient due to the excessive restrictions and fees that they charge. Consequently, I made the decision to discontinue banking with them as there are numerous superior alternatives available in the market.

Had no idea at all how to do a money transfer w my phone, computer, garbage disposal or any other 'device' I own. My teller(Adrienne) was patient, eager to understand what I needed to do and extraordinarily helpful. Within a few minutes everything went thru like clockwork. THAT'S Customer Service!!

They never seem to answer the phone. It makes planning certain aspects of my banking really difficult as I'm in need of certain services only available at certain times. If I call at different points throughout the day and nobody ever answers, who is even running the branch? This has been an issue with this branch forever it seems.... It's Irondequoit, not Manhattan... How busy can they be??

ATM fee is $3.50 for a withdrawal. Area was clean and machine worked well.

This branch has to be the worst! The one teller can’t hear and with an empty lobby on the eve of a holiday sitting and waiting to see a banker that is sitting laid back in his chair on the phone!! Makes this the worst customer service and glad I was going ti CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH CHASE!

I hate this bank its always a reason or limit or a policy that stops them from giving me my money, would not cash a 3k check saying its to large.....worst bank ive been to yet.

Almost never have to wait for service. Officers and tellers are pleasant and efficient.Do most of my banking online but when I do visit this branch, I always have a good experience.

Walked into the bank to make a withdrawal. I had multiple forms of ID as well as my Chase credit card. And still was not allowed to make a withdraw Because I did not have my debit card on me. Not sure if this is the normal policy or if they just decided to treat me different.

I wish they would answer thier phones. I was disabled due to an accident and tried to call them many times throughout a few days and not once was the phone answered. So I had to call the 1-800 number and sit on hold for 30+ minutes for a question that was answered in a minute. They either need more people or better customer service.
