Absolutely terrible experience with the employees. Fought my boyfriend on bringing outside food in and using hot water for said food. They claimed it was because we needed to buy something which we did and still got a fight from it. The employees also bring too much drama into the work place complaining about each other and who should and shouldn’t be working there. Gives off terrible customer experince and leaves a taste of not wanting to do business there anymore.

I just went into this store (about 4:50pm on 5/3 Friday) and I am seriously in shock. I have always liked this store and its employees. The store itself is always stocked and clean and the older guy that’s normally behind the counter is very friendly and helpful. I went in to pick up a DoorDash order. They’re normally already bagged and ready on the counter. Even if there is a line of customers, the cashier always hands it to me quickly and gets right back to the other customers. The girl working behind the counter today was extremely rude and REFUSED to give me my DoorDash order. They were busy, I understand that, but I had already waited in line behind a couple of people and then was told I’d have to wait even longer while she helped the rest of the customers. All she had to do was tell the next customer to wait for one minute while she got my order. She told me that I would have to wait in the long line of customers and wait until she was finished helping them all. WHAT IN THE WORLD!? Businesses have gotten pretty darn good at balancing in store orders/DoorDash orders. Clearly this was a bad case of laziness or just plain ignorance. Due to her extremely poor attitude and rudeness, I did not feel comfortable arguing with her in front of a long line of customers. So, I simply walked out and cancelled the order completely. That is not fair to me (waisting my time and gas) and it is not fair to the DoorDash customer waiting patiently for their order. Not to mention DoorDash has updated their policy on cancelling orders and you can potentially be violated and/or even terminated if too many orders are cancelled. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager and no one answered and the voicemail is full. This employee needs to be informed that we do NOT have to wait in line with the rest of the in store customers. She also needs a COMPLETE attitude adjustment or I’m afraid this store will lose their reputability. She was so in the wrong and I do not usually get so upset over things like this, but why work in customer service if you have the nastiest attitude and treat customers so poorly because you are too lazy to get my order?

If I could give this place 0 reviews I would! The man who was working today on 3/16 (Saturday) at 8:30pm who wouldn't let my crying 6 year old use the bathroom is beyond pathetic and rude and just all right repulsive I’m so disgusted in the service and how I was spoken to. My poor baby had to use the bathroom, this shouldn’t have been an issue. You should be appalled by your actions.

Store 7-Eleven at 1581 Titus Ave Irondequoit NY. has refused to provide services solely for actions of discrimination. On the way home we decided to stop to put gas in the tank of a lawn mower. Well, while my wife decides to enter the place, I stay filling the little tank. But I couldn't even put gasoline on it because my husband called me to compare the cigarette since he hadn't realized that his card had expired a few days ago. My husband stayed at the exit door while I told the cashier I'm going to pay for the cigarettes and the beer. The cashier just ignored me and yelled at my husband "sir, you have to leave the store" and we both responded but because if he's not going to buy things I'm going to buy them and he's waiting for me. He keeps insisting that he has to get out of the store or he won't sell us anything. to our surprise of the attitude of the cashier against our person. I told him but I'm going to pay because he has to go. Well, he keeps ignoring me and says "I'm not going to sell you anything and they both leave the stores or if they don't, I'll call the police) and we answer okay call the police. It turns out that when the police arrive and come to tell us the company's policy, it is true that they have all that right not to provide services if they do not want to, but if the person comes looking for problems, we have never caused any Problems. We feel discriminated aga, humiliated and we contacted the manger to report it and he hasn't answered either. Now I'm going with a lawyer to see if the will I respond to him.

Absolutely horrible employees and management. The employees are rude and the franchise owner/manager is just as bad with how she talks to people.

Google says “open 24 hours. Confirmed by business 4 weeks ago”. Door locked tight at 0545. Lady inside just staring at me. No sign, no “sorry we’re not open” just a stare. ?

Completely dissatisfied. My daughter experienced a dental emergency and I was out of gas. When I went in to pay cash there was a line. I stepped forward and asked if the teller could please put $20 on the pump as I had an appointment and handed her the bill. Many people have done this to me and although not preferred to cut line it was an urgent situation. Did I feel bad yes, my daughter was in pain in the car. The very young teller proceeded to rudely say. “Ok Karen “. How is it ever acceptable to speak to a customer in this manner. I will no longer shop here or get fuel here as I feel people deserve the benefit of the doubt before being rudely chastised. You never know what other people are going through and if they jump line and seem upset there might be a good reason.
