Bree is the best! I came in with a situation that could have been very frustrating and extremely costly....Bree who was very helpful before was able to listen , be compationate even though she was so busy and really alleviate much concern....Bree is an exceptionally caring person....try to get Bree to help you!!! You will be very thankful that you did! ( i just hope that Bree wont be too busy to help me next time because she will get so much work because of this recommendation! )Thanks again!!

The owner / manager of this place needs to figure out a better operation for serving customers and staffing the office. The service managers are always busy (which isn’t their fault). Phones are never picked up. Prices are ridiculous for general parts (tires, spark plugs etc). Won’t come back to this jeep service center.

I Came for an oil change and left with engine problem .
The technician drove my Jeep before completing oil change and don’t want to cover damages now. After giving them $7,000 my dash still needs oil change and more damages .

I scheduled my appointment for an oil change tire rotation under my lease. I was given three of that for free so I came in today to redeem the third free oil change tire rotation. When it came time to check in I noticed there was some fees attached to it actually close to $200 so I go into the office and I encounter the first desk to my left and ask the representative about the charges her response was you don’t have free oil changes under your warranty and I said impossible. I came and redeemed two of them here. So she looked a little further and found that I was correct so I told her why is this one a charge her response was is probably because your out of warranty. I said probably or is before you say probably can you dig a little bit deeper and check anyway her response again Was probably so. I left and went to reputable place and got an oil change for $40. My lease expires two months and this poor experience does not sit well with me Me when it comes to considering getting another jeep lease. If you are out of warranty or there’s gonna be a charge that should be quoted at the time of the appointment not a check-in just a solution

I had an excellent experience with the team at this service center. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews for it because my experience was great! Maria was phenomenal throughout my entire appointment and was honest with the approximate timing of my car’s service. Both Maria and the rest of the team were friendly and reliable! The waiting room is comfortable, with plenty of seating and a television. The office also has a clean bathroom available if needed along with a coffee and vending machine. I opted for a drink from the deli nearby, which Maria recommended. Thank you, and I will be returning to this location in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL! I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF STARTING A LAWSUIT THAT I PLAN ON TURNING INTO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED - IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS!
Let me start by saying that the dealship is great- but the service center is a horrible experience they over charge and lie- they are SCAMMERS and need to be held accountable.
They promise services for free which surprise surprise are never free because they find "other things wrong"- they promise loaner cars but never have them EVER.
When I first purchased my car within 2-3 weeks I was having issues with the push start- so I brought it in, and was told it was the starter and battery- the starter was covered by warranty the battery wasn't- and i was surprised they didn't put a new battery in on the pre-cert work. WELL today i got my Carfax report and to my astonishment they did replace the battery on the pre-cert work- SO THEY CHARGED ME FOR A BATTERY I EITHER DIDNT NEED OR THEY NEVER ATUALLY CHANGED. There is the second time i went in because my car was running very rough- they diagnosed it and gave me the list of things to be don't- the first thing they told me was spark plugs $500 - i stopped them there and said nope- just fix anything covered by warranty and touch nothing else- when i went to pick it up they tried to charge me $195 diagnosis fee- I laughed in anger and told them I would not be doing that and would be paying the $100 warranty deductible taking my car. I decided at that point that I would not be going back and instead go to my amazing mechanic that I trust and who happens to also take my warranty- He informed me that the list they gave me with the $500 spark plugs was completely false.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GET A CAR HERE!!!

This place is terrible …. this is the second time Ive brought my car here and the lack of customer service here is terrible. my car was brought in for a recall on march 11, they didn't have a part I needed which Maria my service advisor told me I needed to wait a week for the part to come in. it is now April 30 and Maria has yet to reach back out to me about a part needed for my car. This place does not care about their customers. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

My husband and I was calling this service center and we couldn't speak to anyone because they kept putting us on hold claiming they were too busy so we decided to just go there to get a key fob replaced. They weren't busy at all and we got there within 10 minutes. Left the information with Bri she said she would call our extended warranty company and call us back. She did call them but she said they didn't find the coverage on the policy. She called us and let us know. Right after we called them and they gave us another number to call. We tried to call her back several times that day. We kept getting excuses she's with a customer, she went to lunch she will call you back and the call never came. How unprofessional you couldn't pick up or call back for 2 minutes to get the right information. We just ended up going somewhere else. I should have read the reviews before we went to this service center, will never return.

Although i live out of state, I’ve brought my New Truck here twice when i visit NY for service. Hands down the best service center. Thanks to Bree, i will be a returning customer. Wait time and price are reasonable. Highly recommended.
