I went to Rockaway Nissan in January 2024 to buy a 2024 Nissan Altima. They attempted to sell me a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima at full 2024 prices. Needless to say, I walked out of that dealership and bought a car elsewhere.

Dropped my car Thursday 9:15 AM waited until 4:30PM . the mechanic start diagnosis about 2:45PM . I finally was told that I have to leave my car for one day to be fixed now its Tuesday ( six days later) and the car is not fixed.....the worst service and won't go back to that dealer again

The sales representative Ryan should always be the first point of contact for any customer that walks into your branch. His attentiveness to my requests on the vehicle I needed met all my expectations. I felt safe making this purchase and that’s very rare to come across in this economy.

My experience here at this location was more than a memorable one! I had the opportunity and was introduced to Ms. Carolyn. She was my Sales Consultant. Her professionalism shows her dedication and enthusiasm about her work. From the moment I've entered into the dealership she was standing up right and attentive. Her smile is a breathe of fresh air. She was extremely detailed and I basically didn't had questions. She was able to walk me through the entire process in less than 2 hours....Wow that is amazing if you've never bought a car before!!! I am content with her knowledge and her attentiveness to my additional questions. I am confident that Carolyn with do the same for any customer. The accolades on her desk speaks for itself. I purchased a car from this dealership in April. I got the best manager and sales specialist, Jeffrey. I don't have much experience shopping in America, but it's rare to find such a high-quality seller!!! He did everything possible and even more, I left with the car I wanted, the store received a grateful client and a sale. I had an amazing experience at Rockaway Nissan. I purchased a 2023 Pathfinder Platinum on September 9th. My Sale Person Roy was so nice and made the whole process effortlessly and seamless to me having no worries. This was my third time buying a car from this dealership and Roy was my seller the last two purchases. He is very informative, I felt confident that I was making a good purchase. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and was very helpful. Highly recommend going to this location if you are looking for a car.

Had a great experience at this dealer. I’ve been to many since the pandemic and by far, this dealer was most transparent. Ifran was very professional and helpful explaining the options of the pathfinder and John was clear and courteous during the process.

**BEWARE**- Do not go here if you are ELDERLY or are not sales contract knowledgeable !! This dealership and the managers (Steve, Al, and Shaquill) condones their salespeople taking full advantage of elderly customers who are NOT savvy on buying cars. They increased my aunts loan term 5 months to 6 years 5 months, added $6200 for 3 extended service contracts, and charged her almost 8% interest on a 812 FICO score. We have Nissan Consumer assistance, New York State consumers fraud and an attorney going after them,.....You have been warned!!

They have the longest wait times. Poor communication skills. I was eligible for coupons however Karina never told me that they would expire or could be activated over the phone. She did nothing to rectify her lack of effective communication skills. Her attitude was very nonchalant. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

My most recent experience was very pleasant and the service was completed very quickly. However, my first sales experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was misled to believe that my monthly lease payments would be much less than what the final number is. I went ahead with the transaction, because there was little time to withdraw and shop around further. I have no intention of renewing my current lease when it expires.

Very unpleasant service. I came in a few weeks ago to get a car. I put money down but changed my mind. I've asked for my refund and now it been 2 weeks and still nothing. When I call they say they are busy, I leave my number but nobody called back. How hard is it to transfer someone to the finance department like really. One time they said they was in a meeting and would call me back. But yet again nothing. Very unprofessional staff.Update....still haven't received my refund. They said guy who does the refunds is on vacation ??

Still can’t find on my bill of sale the $2000.00 off I was promised by the sales person Edward. Your company still high binds the sales process that is why your reviews on line are so awful. Still owe me pin striping did not top off the gas…. After 50 miles I had to put in 6 gallons of gas.Nothing has changed at your dealership. My letter to the president of the Nissan division will be more explicit. I will be putting this on line on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, google and yelp. Enjoy!

I bought the 2023 Pathfinder Rock Creek on 6/17/23.I was very impressed until I got home.I'm coming from a Infiniti qx60 which had certain features;Power mirrors, adjustable front passenger seat (up, down etc), power tailgate etc. These are missing from my Pathfinder.In addition, all 4 tires were over inflated, giving me a very bumpy ride. One of the tire had 60 psi for a 36 psi recommended pressure. The other 3 tires were close to 50psi.There has been a burning oil sensation every time I drive the car. In addition, the coolant reservoir level is low.I'm really wondering if nobody checked this car before handing it over to me.For the amount of money I'm spending to buy this car, I expect much more.Having said all of that, I have since regulated the tires air pressure and I'm now getting a much more smooth ride.I'm also loving and enjoying some other features of the car.When my phone is connected to the car's Bluetooth, I can text, talk, navigate, play music from my phone, directly through the car's entertainment system.I also love the fact that there is lane departure assist, automatic stopping of the vehicle when backing up too close to an object etc.Overall it's a nice vehicle to own and I'm sure I will begin to have that connection
