Should have gotten a '0' rating. The person I spoke to was very rude. I was calling to get some information. I was being very respectful and before I could finish asking my question he hung up the phone on me for no reason. If this was the only surgical store in the world I definitely would not go there!!!

Was told they didn't stock dryer sheets, which they do. I went to check out and they told me they only take cash and the minimum card purchase is 20 dollars all while being rude. This was a jarring experience, I will never return.

Do yourself a favor potential customer and go to another pharmacy!These people do careless and sloppy work, which is totally inexcusable when it comes to a person's medical health. What's more, they try to cover up their mishaps and shoddy service with their abhorrent and utterly nasty attitudes.If you like to gamble with your life and enjoy having an otherwise pleasant day ruined by a smelly clerk with a chip on his shoulder, then take your business to Inwood Pharmacy & Surgical Supply. On the flip side, if you much rather prefer a clean pharmacy with courteous employees who are willing to help, you can go to CVS, Grand Central, Doses, or Dawn Pharmacy - anywhere but with these schleps!

The people that they have working here are incompetent and rude. Given that a pharmaceutical mistake could easily be fatal, I suggest that you dont take the chance. Additionally, as is indicated by the accompanying photos, the place is an absolute mess and extremely dirty.

This place is awful... From the very first second that I stepped foot in the establishment, the staff was dismissive and needlessly hostile. Somehow, they managed to make blunder after blunder in trying to complete the very simple task of filling a prescription. Furthermore, instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake like a professional, or, for that matter, like an adult, they became defensive and tried to put the blame on everyone else but themselves. Honestly, these guys should give up on selling medicine, and just turn the place into a junk store: given how dirty and stinky it is , they would already have a running head start.

I've dealt with this Pharmacy for quite a number of years, all of a sudden the guy that works there Hammer, tells me it's too much trouble to answer a question because I asked the same question every month. How is a person supposed to know what's available without asking the pharmacy? Just because it was not available last month does not mean it's not available the next month. He is not even a pharmacist, has no right to talk to a customer like that and has no idea what he's talking about! The actual pharmacist printed out a notice to show me to explain that the item was not available and Hammer came over, told me he doesn't have to prove anything to me so he took the printout away and threw it in the garbage. I don't know his exact title, the pharmacist have always been very nice, but he deals with the customers so he must be the owner. So bottom line he told me to go to another Pharmacy.... With pleasure!
