“I recently flew in to New York from California to visit my mom. It was time to replace her air conditioner, so I called PC Richard. Carson Reid answered the phone.I told Carson that I would soon be returning to the west coast and that I had to take delivery of a quality air conditioner ASAP.Carson was friendly and professional, and he provided wonderful customer service. He was also painstakingly detail-oriented. After obtaining the voltage, dimensions and BTU of the wall/sleeve air conditioner we needed, he asked what kind of sleeve was in the wall of my mom’s apartment. I had no idea, so he went on to Google to check out my mom’s apartment building. From looking at a photo of the building (and its air conditioners), he was able to determine the kind of sleeve…incredible!I needed to have the air conditioner delivered within 2 days, and I had to clear the delivery with the management company of my mom’s co-op. The problem was that Carson would be off the following day — NO PROBLEM. Even though he was off the following day, Carson worked throughout that day with me and the management company in order to provide the paperwork that was necessary before management would permit the delivery.Thankfully, we received the air conditioner on time.I have never come face-to-face with Carson Reid as all of our interaction took place via phone and text messaging. However, you just HAVE to know that if I EVER need another appliance, I will seek him out.”

But Ali made me feel comfortable and much more relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. He explains things patiently and is empathetic - as many times it is a very stressful situation you're in.I even had to do parent teacher conferences that day and with no way to get home, he let me use the office to sit for a few hours while my car was getting repaired. “I placed an order in March 2023 via their website for four Tannoy VX5.2 speakers. Then a day or so later received a call that that particular model would be months and months before it was available. So upon the recommendation of Andre I switched the speaker choice to four Tannoy VX6 as supposedly they would be available sooner because they already had 2 in stock. Also added on 4 VTH Top Hats to mount these on tripod stands. A few days go by and I receive an email saying there was some sort of inventory discrepancy so there was not in fact any of these speakers available and I'd just have to wait. And wait I did, finally at the end of July I received not 4 but 2 speakers, and when I asked where the other 2 were Andre said there was an error on their pricing sheets and in order to get my full order of 4 speakers I would have to pay the difference. Oh and wait some more. For all this hassle and trouble and mistakes and delays and inconveniences what does Andre offer? $27 off an almost $700 order. Gee thanks maybe I can Biggie Size my next McDonald's order and that'll help me forget how much of a pain in the a$$ this whole process has been.Long story short, don't trust their website for accuracy, don't expect their inventory to be up to date, and don't count on getting any sympathy for when they try to make up for the previously mentioned issues. Credit where credit is due at least they didn't ghost me and kept in communication every time I reached out, even if the resolve has been non-existent or severely lackluster.*Update: Both Ross and Andre reached out after seeing the above review and offered a more respectable remedy for the issues I encountered. I greatly appreciate their efforts, but ultimately wished they would have been more pro-active about it rather than requiring leaving a non-glowing review to initiate a solution that was reasonable.”

“I purchased the HTS56 Home Theater System, and unfortunately the one I received was defective. Another unfortunate add is I received the HTS Wednesday afternoon before Easter Sunday, and technical support was closed until the following Monday. When I got in touch with technical support that Monday, they were extremely helpful and I had the piece of defective equipment shipped out that day. Unfortunately it took a week for them to receive it and test it before sending me a new one. Now you would think I would give these guys less Stars than four, but overall they are a great company. I know I bought a less expensive HTS, but I knew what I was buying, and why I was buying it. Their customer service is beyond reproach. And if you want really good portable speakers, their Rock party 8 speaker is awesome. I own two of them extremely happy.”
