I do support local Mom and Papa stores for the community.This discount store is well stocked and the male owner is very knowledgeable about his inventory and products available in stock. Price is reasonably inexpensive compared with other stores in this locale Queens neighborhood. He is acutely aware of a degreaser name Awesome Cleaner Degreaser as I have been seeking as a substitute for Easy-Off Oven Cleaner.”

“Well let me just say I have visited many dollar general stores but right now this is the cleanest one by far. They don’t have many products available but this is the cleanest I have ever seen this store. I went in on Sunday to buy Halloween candy for my son and some toothbrushes and it was such a great experience to come into a clean store. I use to come here but I stopped because everytime I would come in in the afternoon everyone would be so rude so on Sunday I went to visit right after church and it was lovely. There’s a new girl there I think her name is Vanessa but I also heard someone call her vee she is just amazing I didn’t understand the sale on the Halloween candy but she took her time to explain and I left ended up leaving with 6 bags of candy ! Lol! They definitely got me with this one and I don’t mind! I love sales! Not to mention I disturbed her while she was cleaning and she dropped everything for me to explain the sale. Then my most favorite person! Nate ! He is just great every time I go in! His energy and spirit lifts me up! And they also had a guy there who was also on register curly hair, tall he was also nice ! Overall I’m glad to see this store improving in my neighborhood will definitely be back again soon!”

“I really love this store This store has friendly employee's starting with the manager. Everyone takes the time to help you. One of the cashiers who went out of her way one day to try and pull up coupons on her phone when mine wouldn't work. I know excellent Customer Service as my last 10 years in Retail (Sprint Halloween) was as a DM. “Awesome store to grab some snacks to eat, buy some basic necessities, get some gift cards, and more. Unfortunately most of the time a lot of them are already cleared. It is quite annoying that the prices were altered from $1 to $1.25, but it is still worth the price.”

“My experience at EVERY Family Dollar I’ve been to has ALWAYS been pleasant!!! I’ve NEVER met ANY of the EMPLOYEES who displayed a nasty attitude & whenever I’ve asked any questions pertaining to the store I’ve always received a pleasant & informative reply!!!! “Love this Family Dollar.Today I needed assistance with a split payment transaction. The Lovely Family Dollar Rep scanned my items, I paid for everything& then remembered the split payment part. She was so kind as to reimburse the items, scanned them a second time and let me divide the payment with no complaint or bad attitude and she didn't rush me.
