Slow. Two tellers here now looking like they don't know what they are doing. One teller asking for assistance from another bank worker. The other teller looking at the customer's cellphone and talking. I've been online 15 minutes with one person in front of me... yech.

Not enough tellers, always a wait. Staff nice. But understaffed. Other branches have more help. Lines long.

Bank staff, Please check your drive thru ATM. There's always a card left in the card slot. And please add more light in the parking lot. To be safe. I wish you have longer banking hours. That would be great!
