Someone hit my car and the insurance mentioned this place as it was not too far from my house. I checked the reviews and saw great things.
My actual experience with them was even better than all the reviews! From the first phone cal to picking up my car I could not have had a better experience.
Karen, Susan and Len were all a pleasure to work with. The customer service from each one of them were just beyond phenomenal!
I was updated every step of the way, repairs took around timeframe that they originally expected. Being that I work a busy full time schedule, they were willing to even come in early for me to pick up my car if needed.
When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Repair was done professionally, had a nice car wash and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well.
I highly recommend burnside collision should you need your car to be repaired!

What an awesome experience, from beginning to the end. Everyone is super contactable and understanding. My vehicle was there for 3 weeks and came out looking brand new!

This place is so awesome I ended up feeling happy I got in an accident! If hotels and airlines and health insurance and employers would take care of you the way Burnside Collision does, the world would be a better place.

I am a satisfied Burnside Collision Customer. I walked in and was helped in a timely fashion. The gentlemen that looked at my car was pleasant as well as the two ladies that sit at the two desk when you walk in. I also left something in my vehicle that i needed they didnt give me a hard time to get it. I didnt have to wait long for my rental which was a good thing. My car looked liked nothing ever happened. It was also nice that i recieved my car back with a nice car wash and smelling good. I dont plan to have another accident, but if i did I would return to Burnside Collison.

From start to finish I had such a wonderful experience. The Office Manager made the whole process so seamless between the paperwork to keeping me informed. The repairs to my car after a bad accident were top notch. So happy they got my car looking better than ever.

Service was beyond I expected! Every one in the shop were nice, from the receptionist at the desk ,the uppraisers and the workers in general. All were very helpful.
The job was excellent, felt like I just got a new car, all original parts , and the car was sparkling clean on the inside. They even did some paint touch-ups to some scratches I had without charging me extra.
I would definitely come there if I need other services, and recommend this place to my friend and family

These people are so good to me and my vehicle!?! it’s always a pleasure to deal with them when an accident occurs. They are speedy, reliable and don’t give the runaround like most. This place is awesome. I just found out the car companies don’t ship the new part and the damage Has to be repaired individually and painted so by far my car looks spectacular and this place is awesome from the receptionist to the paint to the brand new hood. I have been using this place for over 15 years and will always come back even from South Carolina which I have. ☺️
