““High Velocity” saved me from another body shop that was holding my car due to a ‘crash for $cash$’ accident on the Southern State, LI, NY. My front end was really bruised and battered, leaking radiator fluid.They rescued my car from that body shop, @LuxuryAutoBody, and brought it to their repair shop. “I had a little fender-bender several months ago and picked this shop because it was convenient for me but I have to say every single person there was very friendly and professional, even the owner whom I spoke with because of a mix-up. He called me back with an answer over the weekend when the shop was closed. The customer service was outstanding! The repairs were completed when they said it would and the quality of work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place. Oh, and the place is very clean. Yes, I looked at all of that!”

“Great Mechanic Shop. This place was formerly located at 631 Yonkers Avenue, by CVS. They moved to a bigger more comfortable location at 18 Vredenburgh Avenue in Yonkers. In walking distance to cross county. Honest Mechanics and fair prices. Alex is great. My 2003 Isuzu Axiom was suffering from an engine light that would not go out. For several years I have paid several mechanics a lot of money to fix the issue but light always came back on. All the other mechanics charged but never fixed the issue. I come here and he lets me know what the problem was. Removed the damage part so I could take a pic of part and order a new one...once I ordered part he charged he a great price to just install. I recommend to all in search of a great mechanic who is not out the price gauge anyone.”

“I was ready to have my tire replaced because I couldn't see a hole but instead of charging me for a whole tire they found a tear and just charged me $10 to have it patched. Great & fair service, even in the rain!Heads up, Google Maps takes you to the auto shop around the corner. The entrance is on Lawrence Ave.”

“I have been purchasing through this dealership for YEARS. When my Jeep 2019 was having a recent issue I was able to have an appointment scheduled right away, very appreciative. I was informed of my extended warranty agreement and the service representative on phone was polite, knowledgeable and did not rush the conversation. When dropping the car off Leonard was extremely helpful. The process was quick, no hassle and the situation was explained. Due to the amount of cars before mine service did take a few days. Apon pick up Leonard walked me through diagnostics, explained and showed pictures and showed me other issues. I was grateful for the time, patience and effort he took to go above and beyond to help. My truck was not only serviced for the issue but came back 100 times better. The mechanics fixed and cleaned truck to look brand new. Outstanding job! I would give 5 stars but only reason I did not was due to the availability of loan a cars. More loan a cars should be available (paying out of pocket for week of rent of car is expensive) I highly recommend Leonard and staff at the service department.”
