Matt took the time to explain the process of what they would do for my vehicle during my quote which was greatly appreciated. They did a fantastic job on my bumper. It’s like nothing ever happened! Highly recommended and will go again as needed.”

Dean did a spectacular job on my CRV, paid attention to every detail, and took care of the stain of the seats. and made sure it was spotless. Car washes who? i go to this location from now on. “My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

The gentleman that came did such an amazing job, it smells great and it’s so clean ! It’s a beautiful day today lol and I don’t mind staying in for two hours for it to dry. It’s definitely worth it, be sure to book them for a service, follow or share ! I am so such a happy customer, I turned the car on and it smelled wonderful thru the vents.”
“This spot is amazing! The amount of detail they put in to making the car looking/smelling new is incredible for the price. I had been looking around as far as Astoria to get my car detailed and everyone was trying to charge me 100s of dollar.. yah it was bad but that price was offensive lol. I came to Mr. Sparkle which is super close to where I live and they didn't overcharge me at all! And still cleaned my car to perfection, it felt so luxurious getting into the car after being cleaned! And I will be the first to admit, it was horrendous before! I have a dog and nieces and nephews, so you can only imagine the amount of dirt and crumbs on the floor. Food in between the seats. Once they finished it, I would have never known it was as dirty as it was! I wish I took a before and after picture. Im definitely keeping this as my go to spot now. I'll try my best to be on routine to come back so it's never that bad again ?? just know before coming it does take a good amount of time for them to clean the cars. So be prepared to wait, it'll be worth it!”

I was updated every step of the way, repairs took around timeframe that they originally expected. Being that I work a busy full time schedule, they were willing to even come in early for me to pick up my car if needed.
When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Repair was done professionally, had a nice car wash and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well.
