I call them to tow my car to their shop from a little past frankfort because it shutdown and the lady over the phone told me $125 i wasn’t driving my car at the time i was at home and my brother and his friend was at the scene so they go ahead and tow the car to their shop and my brother obviously told them they didn’t have the money for it and i had it so the lady who towed the car says she’ll give them a ride to the house so i can pay her, she proceeded to drop them off and leave without payment when my brother called her back to tell her she forgot to collect the payment but she says and I quote “don’t worry about it” im sure you can see how that implies the tow was taken care of. Fast forward a week i need to get my car towed to another shop i tell them that and he lady says i need to pay for the tow i let her know what was told to me she proceeds to hang up the phone and call back 15 mins later to say “she didn’t say that she meant don’t worry about it now we’ll put it on the diagnosis bill” which is complete bs i didn’t wanna listen to the reviews but they do bad business not to mention tried to overcharge me by 2-3k for an engine replacement when i did my own research and found cheaper options there’s better places that’ll take care of you for less.

If I could give ZERO stars. I WOULD. Lets begin with the ABSOLUTE LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Turned it in on monday seven thirty a m period. Had some major repairs to be done. And I told him to work on it until it was fixed completely. Had to call back on wednesday because they hadn't gotten to hold me yet. They said they hadn't gotten to pull it in yet and they were just looking at it now. I said
That's fine.Take all the time in the world you need. Called back Friday because they hadn't called me yet. Told me they're not gonna work on the car. If they had just called me to tell me that on wednesday I would be okay with it. They didn't want to uncover any more issues and have to deal with it later. To each his own that's what i'm paying you for. But I go to pick it up. They charge me 2 hours a labor. Sure that's fine. Hundred and twenty dollars. @ the paperwork and as I'm walking out they told me be careful.There might not be any coolant in it. And i'm thinking why would there not be coolant in it. So I go to add coolant to my car in the parking Lot. There is no coolant at all in the car. So I fill it up. And then I notice the coolant return line connection is snapped Clean off. I went back into see if anyone had saw that that was broken. And they claimed it was broken when I got there. I couldn't have driven it to the mechanic shop if it was broken. And on top of that I had replaced it one week before I brought it in. They swore up and down that it was broken when I arrived. But it's a 2 minute fix in a $10 part. On top of that I told them to look the car over top the bottom to see if it's worth Fixing the car so I don't put a lot of money into it and it's just gonna break in the future. So how am I to trust them that they looked over the car but they missed a broken coolant line top of the car when you open it up. Even if they didn't realize it was broken. They claimed I drove it in broken. They also claimed they looked over this car up and down. So one of those things isn't correct. Or both of those things isn't correct. I know I brought it in and it wasn't broken. They tried to blame me for it. That's my issue. Eventually they did help me out and installed a new coolant line. Which only talk two minutes. But why not do that in the first place. It's a ten dollar part. Instead
They called me a liar. Instead of just installing a coolant line before I got there. And it begs the question that's just the issue's i found. What else did they keep from me that they found. Because once you break trust i'm gonna question everything. Needless to say will never be using them again.

Received awful service—staff was rude and unwilling to put on our spare tire, dismissing it as "trash" due to its yellow color (we mark our spares that color). We were forced into buying a new tire and they even tried to pitch a rim sale because it had "shiny metal" on it. They said that they do not want liability for that tire if it explodes, but threaten us to put the rim back on with no tire if we don't buy their tire, so what liability are we talking about? The inconsistency in their stance raises questions about the actual liability concern, ridiculous. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

Very impressed with 4 Seasons Tire and Auto! I called for an appointment expecting a long wait time because all the other shops were booking out two weeks. I was in the following day and snow tires were on in a snap. Give them a call!

Took my car to 3 places before this thinking I had a tire problem. Rick took it for a short little drive and said it wasnt a tire problem at all and if I could hang out for half hour or so he would have the guys fix it. Sure enough he said it was my drive shaft and it absolutely was. Im a happy driver. Would definitely recommend

They don’t honor the warranty for tires they sell. Overheard one of the employees say ‘we have been having trouble with those tires’, yet they were going to require me to have proof of tire rotation every 5k mi(I rotate my own tires), and proof of a 4 wheel alignment. Tires wore out evenly , yet prematurely in 38,000 miles, tires that have a 55k mi warranty. I won’t be going back for tires

The workers at 4 season are very polite, well spoken & friendly. Work in a timely matter and any concerns you have they will try to help in anyway and very honest. I would highly recommend anyone and continue doing my business with them.

Ive been a vendor to this location before and they were always sweet as could be. But by chance i ended up taking my car that had been vandalized there about a month ago and let me say: they gave me a ride after dropping off the vehicle and picked me up when it was ready to go. Helped me find an auto body shop for the physical damage and aided me every step of the process. The owner, Rick, is a hands on owner-employee who often runs the tow truck and he treats HIS manager with the respect one in that position deserves (he wouldn't wanna run the phones and deal with all of it ?)Possibly the most memorable car shop in all my driving (and theres been a lot in-between selling car parts for 2 companies and keeping personal vehicles runnin in upstate weather) definitely one of the most friendly!!
