A few days later, we brought the car in. We were warmly greeted by an extremely friendly and likable receptionist. The car was taken to the shop, serviced, and was ready in about 25 minutes. No problems, no high-pressure sales tactics, and no scare tactics. It was a great experience with some genuinely nice people. It is a clean shop with a small, clean waiting room with free coffee. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and their crew. Rickell went above and beyond for me today. I came in last minute with my 2017 Ford F-250 Quad Cab 4WD — 200,000 miles on it and the front end was shot. These guys didn’t blink.
In just a few hours, they completely rebuilt the entire front end: brand new tires, wheels, brakes, rotors, calipers, and a full alignment. The truck drives like it’s brand new — smoother than it has in years.
What really blew me away was the speed, precision, and professionalism. They made it look like light work, but this was a big job. Rickell and the team are true pros. Honest, skilled, and incredibly efficient.
If you want quality work done right — fast — this is the place. Five stars isn’t enough. I’ll be sending everyone I know here.”

“Brought my F 250 in for what’s referred to as a “death wobble.” Regina was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable right from the start. Since the job was going to take some time to complete I was given a ride back to my home, and picked up when the repairs were completed. Truck is tight, no more wobble, and I was even given a military discount. Dutchess Tire Center is my go-to for repairs and maintenance.”

“I got a flat on a new tire, but I drove on it too long before noticing. The sidewalls were damaged. They evaluated the tire and determined I needed a new one. They didn't have a matching tire in the store, but I left the old tire and rim and they had it replaced and balanced early the next morning, sooner than promised. The service was great and the person was helpful and pleasant.”
