“I’ve been a customer for many years to the Mavis companies at multiple locations throughout the tri-county area. After some poor experiences lately at the Parker Ave and the Gardiner location, I am very happy to see this location is true to the customer service that I had experienced there over 20 years ago! Went in for an alignment after changing multiple front end components myself. Still had a mystery knocking sound on light bumps. They quickly did the alignment, and pinpointed the noise and gave me a fair quote for a future service. What stands out was I was upfront with the work I did and no one tried to pick apart my installation nor try to bang me up with a bunch of unnecessary repairs to “make up” for the business they didn’t get from me doing my own front end. When I get into a situation I just don’t want to deal with myself I’m definitely going to this location! And because of their interactions with me and others while I waited, oil changes, rotations, and inspections will be scheduled there as well! Top Notch Outfit!”
