It's not often these days that you get to rave about a customer experience that you had from ANY business. Being the times we live in, I get without great employees in the workforce, businesses' can't give their customer's a great customer experience. BUT ... that is exactly what I am doing. Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them. (Which I know it was) They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Aiden and Chris, I can't say it enough!!

I set up an appointment here last week, and when I got there, the place was closed, and no one from the business had bothered to let me know. So I took time out of my day for nothing, and had to scramble to set up something with another business in the area, as I needed an inspection soon. I guess if you make an "appointment" with this place, take it with a grain of salt.

We had lapsed on our vehicle's inspection. Nobody we called had time to help us. On a whim we stopped over to this shop and they did the inspection right then! Nice people! They even told me get our other car(which was also due for inspection in a few days)and they would do it too!. Can't ask for better service!
