Wonderful experience. Two big tubs of family heirlooms to mail. I was in and out in 20 min with everything boxed up safely and ready to mail. A big thumbs up. Personable and professional service.

Each time I go into the store, I’m greeted and so pleasantly welcomed. The owner and staff are always a pleasure. The puppies are an added plus as well. Great experience

I just want to say I have not been back to the shipping place in so long because of the boy they use to have working there … well finally there is a girl Tatianna ! She’s a 10! Kind …smart … knows her job well… she always helpful and does everything with a smile … thank you honey ! I’ll come back while she’s working there :)

Called to ask questions and right off the bat the older gentleman got very defensiveThen quickly rushed me off the phone since he had "customers in store and that he didn't have time to deal with this"I generally drop off 1-2 items daily and coming in to and off the weekend normally a reusable bag or 2All I had were questions about USPS drop offs and if pick ups were scanned since my items had been dropped off 2-3 days ago and still show pre shipment info. With no movement at all, I am AWARE that package movement and questions are only to be answered by USPS only. I never once asked for him to look in to any of my packagesALL I was trying to ask for was the next time he saw USPS pick up if he could possibly ask the individual picking up to make sure that packages are scanned....but I didn't even get that far because I kept getting cut off and talked overI was rushed with information I did not ask or need provided, off the bat extremely defensive and talked over me the whole time. Pretty sure he wouldn't have appreciated being talked to or treated like that.Then thanked him for the rude interaction, wished him good day and, disconnected the callId also like to add I've seen this individual chuck packages that clearly have FRAGILE stickers all over the boxEDIT: FYI that's NOT the package I was inquiring about, it was a different one, so.not sure where that random information came from since you cut me off before I could even explain ....would recommend you reread the review, I openly stated I was aware that you have zero control over USPS you seem to be missing the fact I was simply calling to ask if you can remind USPS when the pick up to ensure they scanned at pick up. This also adds to your argumentive defensive behavior and need to argue with people as seen in other reviews. Good to know with or without fragile stickers items are tossed regardlessThere was absolutely no reason for you to be as loud and as nasty as you were since I was nothing but polite in the phone as you talked over me

worst owner ship and employees !!! took advantage of a young girls money. times are hard !! so when shipping is $80 and she said that was to much and nevermind, the employee made her ship it anyways because he packaged it!! he should have given her the option to just pay for the supplies / materials he used. complete disgusted with how money hungry they are. we're in hyde park - the poverty level is high and we are all struggling. so to make someone spend $80 that they don't have is horrible in my opinion. everyone go to the post office - its right down the road and cheaper and reputable. much better then these dirt bags.

I am usually a customer but today was it for me. I went w an expensive item to ship and it was tossed around with no respect. I am also very familiar with dogs being I had 4 as well as trained them. All the man did was yell at his puppy. Whatever. I couldn’t even swallow leaving that’s how angry I was. Last time I go to him. He may mean well but not in front of people.

I had what would have been for me a massive print job that had to get done TODAY. That job would have taken me several hours to print, collate, staple, stuff and mail. The Shipping Place printed, collated and stapled the whole thing in about 20 minutes (max). They then helped me stuff my prepaid envelopes and let me put those envelopes in their mail pickup system.Excellent, excellent service, Ted! Thank you!!
