I called today (12/12/23), to ask what the price of oil was, the woman who answered said I needed to leave my name and number and then hung up... I called back because I was confused... The same woman answered. She was very rude & told me not to call back. I definitely won't be... horrible customer service!! Don't recommend!

After using this company several times in the past, I should have known to go with them again. I needed a delivery today but Payless initially couldn't. I called another company. They came early this morning and couldn't wait 5 minutes for payment. Left me with no oil. I called Payless. There were there this afternoon. I will be just using Payless from here on out.

i love this company when i just moved to Hyde Park the tank at my house had no oil and we called them and explained that we just moved into our new home and we didn't have any oil and they said yes they could come to my house to fill our tank with oil but we had to wait until Monday (I called on a Friday in December 2020) and to our surprise they arrived the next day at 7am and filled our tank and I cried because the night before my family slept with a small heater and the house was cold for this reason I give them 5 stars although they deserve more stars and I want to say thank you Pay-less oil.

I have been using this company for many years and unfortunately their attitude has changed! My last encounter with them was so outrageous that I needed to stop everything and write a review. The woman who spoke to me on the phone claimed to be the owner and spoke to me With such disrespect that I called a competitor and went with them instead. I’m glad I did because not only were they rude but they were the most expensive in the area. Why call yourself pay less when you’re obviously going to pay more. The woman was impatient and in a hurry and told me that she wouldn’t match a price and I told her that they have in the past. She told me that she was too busy and that she couldn’t talk about it anymore. I told her that she didn’t need my business then if she’s so swamped. She said “whatever” as she hung up on me. I called back and told the woman that I did not appreciate being talked to the way that she was talking to me and the way she was rude. The lady told me To stop calling because I called there 15 times and she had important things that she had to do and I was tying up the phone lines. So I did stop calling and I never will again. Go with Oil Tech!

When I called- the nice woman who answered the phone ( I am sorry I forgot her name... my memory isn't what it used to be! ) , she listened to me , and gave me pricing and said they would be here today or tomorrow. She then called me later on today and said they were on their way! They saved us from having to fill up multiple cans of diesel as our oil was low, and we were supposed to have a delivery today from someone else. Regardless.... they showed up and were the kindest humans. I would definitely use Pay Less again!!!

I have been a loyal customer for years and had a bad experience last year. The owner went out of his way to contact me and apologized for the situation and had corrected the problem with the phone representative when he learned of the situation. I have continued to use them as their service has always been exemplary. Thank you all for your service and dedication to our community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company is fantastic! They installed My furnace on a Sunday in the middle of a cold snap. Then this year installed a new water heater! Awesome Service and happy customer for 15 years!
