In 2006 we discovered North Park Woodcraft. The store was filled with beautiful WOOD furniture and professional, talented craft persons. The owners and Louise, the artist we worked with, were excellent and ever so kind. The team created a beautiful TV/Audio unit that remains in perfect condition as well as a walnut coffee table that Louise worked her magic on. The experience was exceptional.
In January 2024 we stopped by the store and met with Jason who was most personable and knowledgeable. He came to our home on Monday, January 8th, to look at the beautiful cabinet that was built in 2006 and discuss redesigning it for our existing sound system and new flat screen as well as several other furniture touch ups/repairs. He left with notes and photos of all the pieces and said he would send an estimate for the work in a couple of weeks.
By February there had been no contact from Jason. When we then followed up with him, he did told us the estimate was ready and thought it had been emailed and promised to have it sent. Again, we received no estimate. After months of calling, leaving messages, and promises that he would call "the next day", we gave up.
This experience was very sad for us, because the former owners and staff were amazing from the first phone call to the delivery of their beautiful work.
I read a few 2024 reviews that praised the store. Most of the reviews are much older.
We have many questions why this happened to us as former happy clients.
Again, sadly, this is NOT the same excellent store that we appreciated and recommended to our friends.
No phone call. Nothing.

I highly recommend North Park Woodcraft for any furniture needs you have. I ordered a queen size bed to be custom built. I was impressed with Jason when he came to my house to do measurements, he was professional and knowledgeable. When my furniture was carefully delivered, I was very pleased to see the workmanship that went into my purchase! I have a carpentry background and I’m very particular so I look at every detail to be done correctly and that is just what I found. Jason is an excellent craftsman. I loved my purchase so much I went back to buy other pieces of furniture. It’s rare these days to find quality workmanship and good service. They have a staff of people who treat you with respect and excellent service. I am not connected with their store or related to anyone there, I am truly just a customer that is impressed! I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from Northpark Woodcraft. Audrey was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable. I moved into a new home and had to downsized. She helped me choose furniture that was size appropriate and looks wonderful in my home. I love the quality of the pieces and the stain that we choose. They even make high quality custom pieces!

We ordered a custom table from North Park Woodcraft and the experience was great! Louise was easy to work with and was happy to update us through the whole process. The finished product is beautiful and fits perfectly with our existing furniture- you would never know that it wasn't original to the set. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable- entered into an agreement with them in January to build a custom bathroom vanity - when they delivered on April 1 the piece had many flaws. They took the piece back to fix the problems - they had it for 7/8 weeks - sent us blurry pics-the night before the scheduled new delivery -we had questions about what we couldn't really see in the pics - they then cancelled the delivery - we attempted to see the piece that same day at their location but they wouldn't let us see it -2 days later they said that they would return our money they've never refunded us over $3800.00 - NASTY ... not to be trusted ...
