Paid our last oil bill and they called and said we had over paid and would send us a refund. Well they sent the check and it bounced. Tried numerous times to call but they kept hanging up on me. Next call is the Better Business Bureau. Years ago they were the best oil company around, now they have graduated to the worse. Zita K.

Used to be great. Then Maincare Energy bought them. STAY AWAY. The absolute worst. I was up at 1am because they didn't deliver oil while we were supposed to be on an automatic deliver program- my phone rings and my tenant has NO heat. "Oh- I'm sorry- we missed that it was auto delivery...." Oh yea, I love to stand around in the cold waiting for an emergency tech at 1am. Let me tell you about the crap job they did "fixing" a boiler that needed a new gasket.....actually, they didn't fix it- they drove away and told me they would get me an estimate- which never came. Then they told me to call a plumber two weeks later. Oh yea- that bill that I paid that they said I didn't pay? And then said I paid over the phone? And then they sent me a registered letter telling me a collection agency was coming after me? WTF- still arguing that I didn't pay, after I sent them a copy of the payment record from the bank??? Maincare sucks. They bought Nash Brothers Oil and ruined a company that a hard working family built up. Now Nash Brothers is just part of the crap service by a bunch of incompetent morons. I wouldn't hire them to heat the porta-potty outside the barn. DO NOT USE THEM.

Recent yearly service, last week, by provider on an oil fired forced air unit was not successful. He said my working unit required rewiring and a new controller, I said OK, he said he was finished, and left with the unit in a non working condition without informing me. Then said would return for an additional "emergency" $200 service call on the same day. How can they think that's right?

Nash Bros. Oil company was recommended to me 2 years ago. I am very happy with their services. Finally I have a peace of mind about my heating and AC system. I especially recommend Ken, the technician who is very experienced and pinpoints problems and finds solutions quickly. I appreciate his work.
