Dealt with car door damage due to an accident which I did not cause a few months ago. Joe from Finishline was very helpful in arranging all repairs and even assisted to move the insurance process along very smoothly and efficiently. Car looked amazing when repairs were completed! I had to take my brand new car there after someone backed into it. The staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate. They didn't mess around with the expected time frame and the bill the insurance paid out was very reasonable. The car was new when it got hit and they restored it to its beautiful new condition. I know other people work there, but I dealt with a Gentleman named Joe. I highly recommend this repair shop.

It's not often these days that you get to rave about a customer experience that you had from ANY business. Being the times we live in, I get without great employees in the workforce, businesses' can't give their customer's a great customer experience. BUT ... that is exactly what I am doing. Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them. (Which I know it was) They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Aiden and Chris, I can't say it enough!!

Great advice and friendly service with an honest insight. Wife's car needed a battery. I was able to get an Interstate Battery from them for $30 less than advanced auto with a better warranty. On top of that, next day when I was doing brake pads, a stud broke off. He was able to get it out in under 30 minutes for me for a fee. Kudo's. Will certainly be back.Services: Tires

Highly recommend finishline! Aiden was absolutely excellent to work with. Everything that my car needed (and it needed a lot) was explained thoroughly and done to perfection. They extended their hours so I could pick up my car and get my inspection. Extremely fair prices also! They're honest and do great work. Definitely will be returning for future work.

These guys are AWESOME! My truck looks brand new where they worked on it, wish I could have them redo the whole thing. Any business I have will definitely go to them. I recommend them for ALL your truck services and body work. Great communication and very friendly. Fast, detailed, very helpful finding the best price for parts and most definitely takes pride in their work and obviously loves what they do. I highly recommend them!
