Pharmacy is constantly closed during normal business hours the staff is beyond rude and unhelpful it’s almost as if they get a kick out of withholding medications. Even if you take time off from work just to grab your scripts you desperately need they somehow are closed or un staffed for almost half or they’re hours and will not help you transfer scripts to another location. Avoid this place like the plague if possible at all costs.

Do not use CVS. They are no longer honoring insurance, even though I have confirmed that I am covered. They are never open and the place is now under construction and smells like a sewer. Be warned! Do not go there if you need your meds. You will not get them and they don't care. Avoid this location at all costs

Pharmacy is awful. Never has meds in stock, always long lines, attitude problems. I get alot of my husband's meds from Molloys pharmacy on Baker Ave. They are so pleasant and accommodating there. I've directed all my doctors to use molloys. It may be a little further but well worth it!

I've received 3 texts and automated messages today informing me that a prescription I picked up yesterday morning is ready.Yesterday I received 2 texts, one telling me it wouldn't be ready for a few days, then another 20 minutes later saying it was ready. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. All the confusion in the medical care system, especially at the front desk is dangerous, and why I avoid doctors.

CVS Pharmacy, COVID, worker unleashes hyper-toxic response on senior seeking booster shot…As per CVS’ automated answering machine, the Hyde Park CVS was supposed to have walk-in COVID Booster shots available.Once inside the Hyde Park CVS, on 11/03/21, at approximately 1700hrs., the female worker at the vaccine window became agitated and combative when I asked if “walk-in-boosters” were available as per the CVS website. My condolences to whom ever is responsible for “Customer Service” at the CVS in Hyde Park, NY; I’m sure there are other customers that are being lost to CVS because of this emotionally-disturbed worker combined with bad information on CVS’ website and answering machine.

I am ALWAYS respectful and kind and will treat people the way that I’m treated. It’s sad to see such a decline in a business I use so often. I purposely asked a question to avoid any headaches for my family and I and since the pharmacy worker answered without actually knowing the answer; making her a FOOL, a month later, I have to run around to another pharmacy to get a prescription that we HAD to use ONE TIME. I was told I could switch the prescription to any CVS which was far from the truth. If you don’t know the answer, don’t open your mouth.
