“It's not often these days that you get to rave about a customer experience that you had from ANY business. Being the times we live in, I get without great employees in the workforce, businesses' can't give their customer's a great customer experience. BUT ... that is exactly what I am doing. Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them. (Which I know it was) They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Aiden and Chris, I can't say it enough!!”
“Stofa”s Auto body and Mechanic shop was such a calm and peaceful experience. I dropped my vehicle off and it was ready well before the estimated time they gave, the scheduled me a rental, they haggled with the insurance company and the best part was the periodic text updates that I got while my vehicle was in their care!!! I picked up the car when it was done the body work was perfect they made it look brand new as if it was never in an accident. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there for body work! “Called up and would have been able to get an appointment the next day, but I wasn't ready that quick. I got a day the following week. Dropped my car off and picked it up at the end of the day. They did a fantastic job exactly the shades and type I specified ( 20% all around 5% strip across the front) looks like a whole new car. Would highly recommend”
“Absolutely amazing service. We needed a rearview mirror reglued to our windshield. Our BMW dealership said we had to replace the whole windshield. Tri county glued it back on and babysat the car for a few days in their AC'ed space to make sure everything cured well, all for 50 dollars. Their adorable puppy Freckles was even there to make checking out even cuter. Cannot recommend highly enough!”
“My windshield was just hit by a rock on Friday. I called USAA and they set up an appointment with Safelite for the following Monday. Safelite came at 8:30 am and repaired my impact point while the gar was in my garage. The repair was great, you can barely see any disturbance of the glass, and only then if you look closely at an angle. They did a great job!”
“The tech (Scott, I believe) was very helpful and professional. My car battery died, and he took the time to try and charge it so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. My husband also had a broken windshield two months later. We used safelite again. The tech that came to our home was also very nice and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name as my husband spoke to him most.”
