Bad customer service rip off rode owner charge me for 6 gallon off antifreeze when any car don't take more than2 gallons of antifreeze when it's totally empty and other parts charge me3 time's the original price when I questioned him about the price he got so angry and kick me out I never seen a coolant reservoir cost $1000 +tax or gallon of antifreeze for $80I feel bad for the people go there because they think he is honest mechanic

They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Needed a oil change and had to wait, they got it done in a very reasonable time and price. I'm glad I stopped in.

The woman at the desk is so kind and funny. I won't go anywhere else because she is just so considerate and awesome. The mechanics are quick with smaller services which is awesome. Nothing worse than waiting hours for something that can be done quickly, like an oil change or something minor. They definitely don't make anything a hassle. Awesome shop.

Vary unfriendly... made an appointment and took off a day of work to have the owner yell at me because I wouldn't leave my car there because i didnt have a ride home.. So I went next door to Delarms... much friendlier and better customer service...Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had an oil pan gasket leak. He knew exactly what he was doing. Customer Service was great. Al told me 2 hours it took exactly 2 hours. Would go here again. 10/10

At the recommendation of a Friend I dropped off my suv for rear brake repair, I also mentioned that I heard sway bar bushing noise. I asked the owner to replace the rotors and pads, and to CALL me if it needed anything else. Approximately 4 hrs later I received a call from the owner informing me my car was repaired and the repair order came to 1000,00 dollars. At that point he informed me I needed rear calipers and that he had replaced the front sway bar bushings. He never called he just did approximately 500.00 dollars in repair without calling or having any prior authorization, this despite me telling him to only replace rotors and pads and call me if it needed anything else.I paid the bill in full not to give his employee a hard time as she wasn’t responsible. I would not trust this business exer again. I will give them a chance to do the right thing.However I will not take this laying down.Services: Steering & suspension repair
