This company built our new summer home and they we're Great to work with .Friendly and respectful staff. Wonderful job on our new home and 3 weeks ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise to be in our home earlier than initially expected. They also own the Modular Home Company which we used for the home portion and this company did the rest including foundation excavation of the dirt and our covered porch and decks. We will be calling them for a two car garage this year so we can park our car indoors for the winter. They truly are the best!

I worked with John Makovic and his crew for the site work portion of my home. Funny enough, his Modular Home Company is who my neighbors used in Rockland county 7-8 years ago and when I went to his Makovic Homes modular home center I was informed that they also offer total turn key construction. That's where Makovic Construction came in and prepared everything for our new modular home. I did alot of research before choosing them. Flexibility , Quality, owner operated and of course price was all part of the decision making process. Not until we started construction is when I saw John Makovic hugging my neighbors hello. I thought that was strange and that's when I learned he built their home which they also love. Overall great experience. Wonderful group of people from office staff to very respectful men and women working on our property. Thanks everyone. We hope to continue to enjoy our home for many many years to come.

Best Construction Company Ever. They also built my Cousin a Custom Modular Home from their other company called Makovic Homes which is also an Excellent Business. I like the fact that one owner has several companies to handle every aspect of my new home construction and related work. I am in the real estate business for 40 years and I wish I found this company 20 years ago. You will not be disappointed. Wonderful Excavation Company with new equipment.

These guys offer full service Excavation and totally did everything needed for my new house. They also do new home construction! I wish I would of known that before I contracted with a builder from NJ because I feel I really was overcharged based on the prices I was given for the excavation from the NJ builder versus what Makovic gave me. Makovic saved me nearly $45,000 on a $188,000 site work job. That's a lot of savings and the end result was outstanding. They even assisted my NJ builder with finishing my home. If I ever build again, Makovic all the way!
