Visited Fortress Bikes with a group of eight. Hal, the owner, provided great service for us all. The bikes were very comfortable and rode great, and the trail was beautiful. Will definitely be back in the future!

Fortress ticked all the boxes... and then some! I rented a bike to check out the Hurleyville Rails to Trails. New to NY I received a good overview of the ride and the area from the shop owner (including some must-see ideas in the area). It was a gorgeous day and my bike was perfect. Highly recommend Fortress Bikes!

Such a great experience! The owner was very kind, and the bikes were perfect for us. The trails close to the store were beautiful. If it’s a hot day, I recommend bringing a bathing suit for a quick dip in the creek!

The owner is very helpful and welcoming, bikes were in great condition. The rail trail was smooth and had beautiful scenery. We had so much fun and they were even dog friendly too! ? Amazing experience!! ?

Bike was kinda working well and Mr bike guy was nice. The trails were nice and smooth with gorgeous views. Finished the 3 mile track in just an hour, but the bike rental minimum is two hours. The price is not very high for a rental which works. I recommend this place!

Sullivan County has some of the best biking so it was great to find a shop that handles tuneups and flats. I’ve had a great experience at Fortress Bikes. Hal quickly diagnoses and services your bike and gets you back on the road. Highly recommended!

Best biking rental I ever visited! They have decent prices and great bikes for $20 for two hours! Only go to them! Nice and helpful people! I think 5 stars is not enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
