This bank is not for service of customers. They think the customer works for them. Make an appointment to open a new account. Its a bank and has business hours open for customers, No? Told I can make an appointment and it takes an hour to open an account as the bank employee makes speeches about terms and conditions for an account. Very rude and ridicules. Which is why they must offer promotions to get people to open accounts. Even with the promotion as a customer Im not suppose to be abused by the banks foolish procedures and employees that want the customer to thank them for doing business with them. Wake up Wells Fargo, no one needs you, there's other banks I can be abused by.

Called the branch to see about opening an account for the business. Spoke with Tiffany who said she had to check with her back office first. Offered for me to follow up with her via email. After three emails sent to her, never received a reply.

I just met with Hattie and the branch manager Winfrey Creary of the Wells Fargo Main St., Huntington branch. The best way to describe my interaction with both of them was pure customer service! They both went out of their way to assist me with my banking needs, besides both been really great people!I live too far away to do routine banking with this branch however they set an example for how a local branch management team should work and treat people!The moment I walked into the Huntington Wells Fargo branch through all my transactions and exiting, each person I interacted with, made me feel special.
