This is the only jeweler I trust. We got my engagement ring there about 5 years ago and I have had them sell some pieces I no longer use as well as repair some other items. Each time I go in, I get a friendly greeting and complimentary cleaning of my ring. Truly a "gem"!

I was looking to buy a new cross for my old chain since it was looking dull. The worker told me he could try polishing it instead so i didn’t have to buy a new one. When he finished it looked like new and I asked how much I had to pay. He said there was no charge. Great service and very nice people!

I have grown up and lived most of my 53 years in Huntington Township. I only just the last two years found this gem!! The family that owns and runs the shop makes you feel like family. I wholeheartedly felt safe giving them the “family jewels”!! Ricardo is especially helpful. Everyone is honest and forthright, not something you find often in this business especially. I can’t thank them enough. From purchasing new to reshaping old, including delicate inexpensive repairs. Always treated kindly, professionally and timely!! Thank you.

Village Jeweler has continued to be the only jewelry store that myself & my family shops at. Riccardo helped create my gorgeous engagement ring & wedding band & created a unique, timeless wedding band for my husband as well. We’ve continued to return time & time again for earrings, bracelets & necklaces & always appreciate the attentiveness & care put into each piece. Shout out Ricardo who was appalled I wanted to fix my 18k rope chain. “It’s only 18k and it’s hollow, plus I can’t guarantee it’ll never break again…” Even the young lady at the front counter who was also trying to help me was taken back by the disrespect & dismissive response. Really silly way to lose business. I took my necklace elsewhere in Huntington, they repaired it with professionalism and 0 issue.. I’ll continue to take my business elsewhere.

Love this gem of a shop. Everyone is friendly, down-to-earth, helpful, and honest. I've had several pieces repaired and adjusted at Village Jewelers, and they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I'm looking forward to having them redesign a pair of earrings in the near future. I recommend Village Jewelers without hesitation!

Harrison and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all my watch questions and needs.The store is very nicely decorated and the jewelry selection is top notch.This is definitely Gainesville’s top jewelry store. I will definitely purchase items from them in the future.

I went to this jeweler for an appraisal. They couldn’t have been more rude and less patient during the process. They barely spent more than 10 mins looking at my ring. They also weren’t happy that we bought the ring from an outside jeweler and they questioned why the jeweler we got the ring from didn’t do the appraisal himself. Village Jewelers then proceeded to say my ring was worth less than HALF of what my fiancé paid. Following this awful and embarrassing experience we went to two different gemologists. We paid over $100 for each appraisal and both gemologists appraised my ring for what my fiancé paid at the time of purchase. Please do me a favor and never go here, they’re stuck up and disrespectful and ruined my excitement over my beautiful ring making me question the realness of it.

This place is the best jewelers on Long Island, I'm in the Military and I missed Valentine's Day because of Uncle Sam so I was in a bind to get a gift for my fiancé quickly. They were so accommodating and really worked with me to gift me the best gift for her. I highly recommend using this place to all military members for your special someone.

We had my engagement ring custom made with Riccardo. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He communicated with my fiancé every step of the way and was extremely thorough. The ring came out absolutely perfect. Not one thing we would’ve wanted differently. Would 100% recommend this jeweler.
