Great experience at the Huntington Ups store… polite friendly and great staff @ all times… never had issues always helpful with many tasks i need done printing banners, flyers, business cards,@ home and business pick ups, cost on all services very reasonable. Noticed Many employees at the store given great helpful feedback on personal shipments that are either antiques, import documents, sentimental value to customers.. they always give the quantity of care needed for my everyday needs… if there is any bad reviews written about this store or any of other stores they own it can’t be true…I recommend everyone to use all of the ups stores that are owned by them hands down….. shout out to Tony,Mark aka Sully ToM and Hannah and I believe the young lady is Morgan for all the hard work they do on a daily basis not just there daily tasks but dealing with customers

I've made 3phone calls to the Huntington UPS store to hold my package there a mailbox is full!! after the second delivery I tried to stop the third delivery and askedthem to hold it for me, but they wouldn't do that until later in the day. The bad news is I was fully occupied with my wife in the hospital now I can't even leave them a voicemail message it's about time you upgrade your system and provide Voicemail coverage. voip systems have been doing it for 20 years get with the times.

I have been to this UPS store many times before and have always had a good experience. fast service and efficient. mostly very friendly people working there. you're in and out. I don't understand the very low scores and I rarely write a review but thought they should be bolstered up a bit because I've been happy dealing with this location.
