Twice I have paid over $70 to have something shipped overnight and twice it’s not arrived on time. The first time UPS did refund the $100, however this last time - after three phone calls and one in person visit- I’m told the claim is denied. These were notarized documents for a property sale. Arriving a week late created an issue with the buyer. That I’ve had to spend a month trying to get a refund is pretty ridiculous.
For the record Fed Ex got it there by 8am once I realized UPS had temporarily lost the envelope. Though that cost $200 because of the urgency.

Delivered on time and when in the past they didn't, they reimbursed me 100% of shipping cost.

I come here often to drop off & pick up packages (safer & more convenient than delivering to home). The staff is consistently friendly, and the manager is always on top of things. If there's a line, it moves quickly. There's a handy rear entrance as well, w spacious parking. Highly recommend their services!

SO convenient ! Even when the line is long - they are efficient and get you in and out. Parking turns over quickly so it’s relatively easy to get a convenient free parking spot in the lot. I’m here at least once a week ! Highly recommend.

I called the UPS store in Southdown before going there. They **said** they could score, fold and staple, none of which was true. I’ll never go there again. The tech said he’d run the job while I waited. And waited. Took an hour for a run time on the printer that should have taken 2-3 minutes at best. After making a correct sample, he printed the first run upside down. Second run, he ran out of paper. The paper he put in the machine didn’t match the color of the first half (a cool bluish tint compared to a yellowish stock). He kept disappearing into the back and also assisting
other customers while I assumed the job was running. Go to MinuteMan Press on Gerard St or FedEx. Anywhere but here for a print job.
