I absolutely love this store. It's only my second time coming to this store but besides the fact that they have really cute clothes in this shop for me. They are very clean and organized and the lady who runs it is so helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WHEN YOU WALK IN THERE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE PART OF THE TOWNE FAMILY AT ALL TIMES. THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL CLOTHING AND IF THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR SIZE THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO CALL THEIR OTHER STORES TO MAKE SURE YOUR SIZE GETS THEIR.

Stopped in one day for the first time ever. Clothes looked cute and trendy, prices were ok. Although only one other customer was in the store, I was never greeted, no hello, nothing. I continued browsing while the woman working there (the owner?) proceeded to walk by me several times, fooling with clothes on the racks...again, nothing. You would think a new face visiting their business would warrant some sort of interaction. I have worked in retail management in some very high end stores, and this is retail 101. GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Make them feel welcome. I love to support the local mom and pop businesses in my town, but sorry, LOFT got my business that day.

Towne Boutique has fabulous casual to dressy women's clothes! I just bought so many blouses and sweaters to fill my winter closet because there was a Winter Sale going on. The styles are on point, and the price is right. Sally, the owner, has great taste and is very helpful. I'll definitely be back!
