Came from the city to this place after a couple other places couldn’t take the links out of my Hamilton Ventura watch. Time Source Jewelers took very good care of me and put a lot of effort into taking the links out of this type of watch. This watch was very difficult to take the links out of. Thank you and shout out to Time Source Jewelers. Another trip is worth coming here in the near future!

There's no question about this one - Time Source Jewelers is my favorite place to purchase pre-owned luxury segment watches. There's no hard sell, lots of information, a great warranty, and service after the sale I totally trust. I live nowhere near the Huntington location, but every time I'm in the area I stop by to say hello and check out their always impressive selection of new and pre-owned timepieces. The store is decidedly old school, but that's a good thing - they know you by name once you become a customer and care that you walked in the door every time afterward. Time Source is a Long Island treasure and worth the trip from anywhere.

Stephen and team were able to source a 1990 white gold Rolex day date. Found a watch that was in great condition very fast. Price was good, service was exceptional. Will be purchasing from Timesource again.

Quick edit: I picked up my rings today and they're absolutely beautiful They're exactly what I asked for. Pic posted, don't look at the worn out hands.What a great experience. Ordered and received a beautiful Ball Trainmaster watch 130th anniversary from the Time Source folks and couldn't be happier.Obviously not the most expensive watch they carry, but I was treated with the utmost respect and terrific service as if it was a $20,000 Rolex. Terrible customer service. I had a link removed from my watch and they gave the piece to me in a sealed plastic bag in case I ever needed it. When I brought it back, a gold piece was missing, and they told me I must have lost it. When I showed them that the bag was still sealed, he just shrugged his shoulders and said then they must have lost it, but if I wanted them to replace the part, I would have to pay for it. Avoid this place.
