Meredith came as a personal recommendation from a family friend, and I truthfully couldn’t be more pleased with not just the florals at our wedding, but her professionalism, flexibility, and kindness. Meredith guided me through patiently as a bride who lacked a vision at the beginning of the process. Through our meetings and an ever-evolving Pinterest board, I finally arrived at an idea and Meredith created something more beautiful and more “us” - my husband and myself - than I could’ve imagined. Meredith was also conscious of our budget, and when there was a supply issue and there was a chance we would need to use some fake poppies on the big day, she was texting me, explaining everything, ordered fakes as a backup and didn’t increase our price at all. It wasn’t until days after my wedding that I realized a few fake poppies were peppered into the center pieces. They blended beautifully!!! It also saved me an absurd amount of money on flower preservation - my fake poppies will be with me forever, looking as good as they did the day of our wedding.
Meredith was patient, complimentary, and managed a potentially big issue seamlessly. I trusted her and she completely delivered. She was so reasonable, and just a lovely woman I felt pleased to work with leading up to the big day. If you made it this far in the review, book with Meredith. She and her team were 12/10.

The Flower Petaler is a fabulous full service florist in Huntington. Meredith creates stunning, fresh and long lasting arrangements, large, and small for any occasion. She uses unique flowers and greens to create colorful bouquets.
For more than 10 years, she has been creating anything we need for the holidays, special occasions, or even beautiful mini arrangements to put in every room of the house.

I’m based in London and wanted to do something special for my mom’s 60th birthday which fell on a Sunday this year. Not only was I personally contacted by Meredith, she also offered to deliver the flowers personally on the Sunday morning - a son couldn’t possibly ask for more. Not to mention that the bouquet itself was left to Meredith’s expertise and she absolutely did not disappoint - a Christmas/wintry mix which my mom absolutely adores. Hands down a 10/10 customer experience from start to finish, and I’ll certainly be a longstanding customer from here on out.

I stopped in here today to get a bouquet for my parents' 64th wedding anniversary today. I haven't been to an actual florist's shop to put together a bouquet in years, and I'm so glad I did! The girl who assisted me (I didn't get her name unfortunately) and who made the bouquet was very sweet as well as very talented! When I walked up to my parents' door with the bouquet, I saw my mom's face light up, and she smiled from ear to ear, and my father was so, so thrilled as well. The roses smelled divine, and everything was of such beautiful quality. My parents can't get out anymore to get each other flowers, cards, or gifts, and they were so happy to have the flowers brought to them to celebrate their very special day. Thank you so much for helping me make that happen! I will definitely be back for more flowers in the future, especially since my mother said how much she misses having flowers around.

Beautiful flowers chosen with colorful fillers and a wonderfully simple, yet fitting vase provided as well. They asked few questions and produced an arrangement that my wife was very happy with. Will be using them every time from here on out.

BEST florist in Huntington; can’t say enough good things about her!!! Meredith did a rehearsal dinner for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding, and created the most beautiful “English Garden” centerpieces. She is talented and creative, affordable and a real pleasure to work with. Meredith certainly went above and beyond to make it an easy and wonderful experience ? I called her recently for a sympathy bouquet, and her suggestion was spot-on gorgeous, delivered on short notice as well! Look no further, you will be thrilled with her work! Thanks Meredith!??

The Flower Petaler was recommended by my husband’s mom and it was a great reco because she’s the best! We met with a few different florists, but after meeting with Meredith, I knew I wanted to move forward with her, because she was just so sweet and knowledgeable. She truly made our vision come to life and added her own personal touches which made everything extra special. Her prices are also reasonable. Everything came out perfect and beautiful and I am so glad we went with her!

Updated Review for our latest event: Meredith did it again and created the most beautiful flowers for my mother's surprise birthday celebration. Everyone was asking who did the flowers and were in awe of how spectacular they were. Every time I tell the Flower Petaler what I am envisioning for the party, she knocks it out of the park. Please check out the latest flowers from our event at CSH's The Sandbar. Meredith- thank you for creating something so special that I literally cried from happiness that I was able to give my mother something so beautiful. Dated: Julys event- It was my second time using the Flower Petaler for an event and I can't say enough wonderful things. Meredith worked with me to come come up with something affordable and beautiful that went with the colors and feel of the party. I told her I wanted to match the flowers to the balloons and tablecloths and she nailed it. Everyone was talking about the flowers. My husband has been coming to her for years for anniversary flowers.I love that wild flower, English garden look and Meredith owns it. Thank you for creating something spectacular and all the love you put into what you do! I posted pictures from the party and pics of personal bouquets she did for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Meridith is hands down the best....I first went to her after needing more than just an apology to my wife and has been my go to for all floral needs. She did my wedding, 2 parties and a 70th bday for me and my family. She is truly the best florist in Huntington and the surrounding areas!!

I called them last minute for a same day delivery also during prom and graduation going on and they didn’t even hesitate!! They where so nice! The flowers where absolutely stunning I have never seen such a beautiful Bouquet, I told them to do whatever they wanted to and wow did they deliver!! If you are in need of flowers don’t go anywhere else!!

This is a new business so I was sure to stop by and check it out! The facility was nice and clean and the gentleman that helped me was nice and friendly! The flowers were reasonably priced as well. I will definitely use them again!
