Stop & Shop is a lousy neighbor. The south wall of the building that had ivy on it has peeled off and disabled valuable parking for the patrons of its neighbors. This is the 2nd week I am addressing this. Please have your maintenance people rectify this hazardous situation. Wish I could include the revealing picture.

Some thoughts...Consistently compromised fruit, usually hidden from the shopper/clunky app that's difficult to use (all discount coupons should be applied automatically to seniors' rewards card)/real mixed bag of employees-new manager is great/ expensive prices/convenient location.

This store has seriously gone down hill. I've been going to this store my entire life (back before it was a stop and shop) and in the years since stop and shop took over it has gotten worse and worse. They are always under stocked. Some items they just leave the tags up and haven't gotten in months even tho all the surrounding stores do. Bad store management, bad inventory count, and the produce is literally rotted and sad looking 7 out to 10 times i go. Usually I just go up to shop rite now because their prices are better anyway, this last visit really pushed me away for good. We don't need so many food stores in the area. I hope that this one closes out of all of them

I've been coming here for years never had a problem. I start using my new card called OTC. Had some problems with couple items and they refuse to give me my money back! They're marking the receipts free. Fix it! This comes straight out of my account and it's not free. Because you have your staff telling me oh it's free I didn't pay for it. Besides that I came To the deli dept yesterday last night and the guy refused to open a new package. I needed 2 items He had to open up 2 items We told him forget it. He also was trying to tell me that hard salami was Genoa. Salami Had to go to king Kullen, no problem. Long time customer.

Every lane was closed, was forced to use self checkout. I could maybe see if it was off hours but it was 7pm on a Sunday... Unacceptable management. Never do self checkout, it's free labor.
