Terrible service they lied about a volume set gave me a literal classic set meanwhile my best friend got a volume set and we had the same lash map. Then when I went back to get it fixed they demanded for a tip even tho they never solved the actual issue and when I stated I didn’t want to tip they started to say how they wanted to charge me for not tipping

I see a lot of horrible comments in here. I been going to this place for over a year now and don't disappoint.. I love them and the price is good compared to other places. I think premium silk for 3 times is 200 maybe a bit more. My lashes last for three weeks of course depending on how u care for them too.

I have been going to Sparkling eyelash for about 2 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and do not try to sell you eyelashes that won’t look good on you their shop is clean and the trchniconate very kind and make you feel very comfortable I love the way I look in my lashes and especially like when get compliments!

Buyer beware! If you purchase a groupon for Sparkling Eyelash, the fine print indicates, "May be repurchased every 30 days." I learned today they do not honor this agreement. Instead, they attempted to upsell me a package that cost hundreds of dollars. I have been a loyal customer and referred several people already, it's unfortunate that it has come to this. This incident occurred in the Manhasset store, which was opened relatively recently and is still trying to build clientelle. I expected a fair resolution but instead I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Asked for a fill in.....told me I had to get new lashes as they did not place the original set...ok, I was not happy but understood... the girl was able to fill in my lashes without giving me a new set... But I got charged for a new set !!! Nice scam. I didn't say anything and thanked the girl... then her co workers told me I had to leave a tip. TOLD ME.... they lost a new costumer at that point.. go elsewhere...
