I keep getting calls for another person's prescription. I have contacted Rite Aid Pharmacy three times to get this corrected. Totally incompetent staff.

Had a very bad experience at this rite aid, which is unfortunate because my family and I have been coming to this pharmacy for years. I arrived at 2pm and waited for it to open after lunch break. After several minutes the bars were still closed despite the pharmacist being behind the counter and seeing the growing line behind me. After finally opening the bars, Asha insisted she could not process a coupon for me as it would take an hour, and that I should have told her beforehand I had a coupon. I asked how this would have been possible as the pharmacy was barred for the last 20 mins and she never gave me the opportunity to show her my coupon. She insisted I pay without the coupon as she said she had to tend to the other customers, even though I told her I had used coupons before with no issue or need for wait time. She said she did not want to go through the trouble of re-doing the order with the coupon. She then told me to check the box saying I had received counseling on my prescription even though she hadn't told me any information whatsoever. When I pointed this out, she made up information on the usage. Because I couldn't afford to wait another hour, I paid the higher price for my prescription and left as it was clear she did not care. Very disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism that was demonstrated by this pharmacist.

Rite Aid obviously doesn't care what is happening to this pharmacy. So many reviews saying the same thing. So many times customers are yelling at the pharmacist and check out bc their scripts aren't there. Laura is a saint.. she is working so hard and is so kind but something is terribly wrong here. Why are there 6 people scheduled to get flu shots at 8:30pm? There needs to be more staff and an evaluation as to why things don't work here, phone isn't answered. I switched to a local pharmacy down the block and it's an amazing whole new world.

Way to long for a prescription to be ready after Dr enters it into system. More than 4 hours is unexceptable. And has happened to many times. Guess I have to look at another pharmacy.

Cheap, cheap and cheaper. Rite Aid may be the worst drug store in the country. The lines are always unbearable - it does not matter when you get there. There are never about people working the registers and forget about their pharmacy (that is so understaffed it is a joke). The shelves are barley stocked or even worse stocked with random "stuff" from China. Goto CVS - the extra mile is worth it.

Worst and slowest pharmacy in the world. Literally only 2 people in front of me picking up a prescription and It took 45 minutes ( i timed it after my last vist). Asked if the other lady if she could help but said it's not her job rn. Sad worth ethic here

I went to the store this morning to pickup my father’s prescription, the white cashier lady left her post and followed me all the way in the back by the pharmacist , that was really embarrassing, l am a black lady , that ugly those corporates need to educate those employees ??

Unfortunately we’ve had a similar experience to Caitlin’s review below. We cannot get in touch with people at the pharmacy, I’ve even called rite aids corporate who couldn’t get in touch with them, which led to us not having access to our sons necessary asthma medication. We are trying to have our prescriptions transferred to cvs since we are done with rite aid, and this rite aid is not sending over all the prescriptions despite multiple phone calls speaking to different staff members.

This used to be a wonderful pharmacy but there service here has really declined. I've had to wait on super long lines at the pharmacy and today I was told I'd have to wait almost half hour as the entire pharmacy was closed for lunch. REALLY?

I used to love this pharmacy, but not any more. Took me 2 phone calls, multiple rude comments from the staff, and 3 visits in person to pick up my prescription. Also took 3 days for my prescription to be filled and what was once an excellent text and app notification system is now abysmal. I also had absolutely no idea that they close from 1:30 to 2 PM for lunch. I returned at 1:40 PM and staff was behind counter literally yelling at me that they couldn’t help me. One staff member was about to help me and said “I’ll help you just this one time” as if I was a frequent offender and then her boss told her, “no” and came out to the register to yell at me. I almost missed a business trip flight out of JFK because of this. I was panicking. While I understand that it’s been a rough time with the pandemic, I did nothing to be treated this poorly. Really felt like the staff was taking their frustration out on me. I later on saw when I returned at 2 PM that there IS a sign on the counter indicating that the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2 every day, but a giant yellow jug of hand sanitizer was obstructing it, so no one could see it. I mentioned this to the cashier but I don’t think she cared. Please do a better job communicating this to customers and either pay your staff more or find better people to work here. I used to enjoy going to this pharmacy due to its convenient location and the friendly staff. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Laura is a saint and needs a raise… she greets customers by name and is the hardest working employee in the store. But as another reviewer said… the pharmacy is criminally under staffed. The poor pharmacist is trying to give flu/covid shots, and answer the phone and customer questions. I needed a prescription today and no one answered the phone all day. Had to drive to the store and the line for pharmacy was 10 ppl long!

Very upset with how long the lines are at this rite aid. The woman at the front for pick up is so so sweet but she takes forever for each customer. I always end up waiting minimum 15-20 min every time I go. There needs to be 2 people at the front for pick ups, never came here once before without a wait.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. If your lucky to get a hello it will immdiatley be followed up with we are very backed up!
