Wonderful customer service! I was pleasantly greeted upon entering. I made my selection and was helped at the register by Nikki. She kindly explained the Vital Care membership. I'd never had it explained so clearly! She walked me through the app and all the benefits of joining! Such a pleasant experience!

Even know this store is a big box chain ,the staff make it feel like a mom and pop shop always greeting me with a smile ...I had just acquired a dog and DANNY stepped me through everything I needed and gave me tips on behavior! We discussed a leash pulling problem I ve been having and DANNY helped me pick out an appropriate collar and fitted it to him / problem solved

I've always loved petco but seriously the Manager and the cashier Tray SMH miserable people or maybe it's just me they don't like I don't know but I do know I spend A LOT of money in this place. I have to stop coming at the night time and during the day much friendlier that shift is.

Courtney has been THE BEST thing ever to happen to our dog's hair. When we bring our Shih Tzu to see Courtney, she gets so excited because she knows Courtney treats her with such love and care. We always feel good leaving her with Courtney, and even better when we pick her up because she always looks and smells AMAZING. BUT I just heard that Courtney no longer works at Petco. This makes me so incredibly sad (doggie, too!)! If I knew where she went, I would take my dog there. Anyone know where Courtney has gone? Thanks in advance!

I love the grooming I get at my local Petco in Huntington. I asked them to keep her as fluffy as possible. So instead of making it easy and going a little short they took tons of extra time to keep the fluff. Price was the same either way but I know they had a much longer and harder job to do it the way I asked. So appreciate that!! Always happy with my dogs fresh look when I pick her up. Thank you!!

I've never had anything but great experiences here. The store is always stocked. THe staff is extremely helpful. I've taken my two pit-lab mixes to Courtney for all types of grooming & they come back like shiny new Cadillacs. She's the only person they trust to cut their nails. She will also give them cute bandanas when they're finished so they're extra adorable when I pick them up. My female is extremely skittish & nervous but she still loves seeing Courtney! She takes measures above & beyond to ensure that my dogs are taken care of. I've also been helped out a lot by Matt. Matt eased all of my tensions when I had to purchase muzzles for my female. He walked me through all of my options & didn't make me feel crazy when I had to return some because I had my sizing all wrong. He explained all of the pros & cons to each muzzle & made suggestions. He also showed me the gentle leaders in case that was something that could help me. The employees here always check in with me if I look like I'm in space & if I ever do need help someone is there to make sure I have everything I need before I walk out.

I was excited when this Petco opened a few years ago. It's super close to my house. Unfortunately they are ALWAYS out of dog food for my dog. It's not like it's unusual dog food. It's simple IAMS. It's a pet store for goodness sake. To constantly be out of dog food is unacceptable. Now I have to drive far away to get the correct dog food. Hi Corrine, thank you for your response, but just to let you know I was back yesterday Sunday 07/15/18 and it was the same thing. Out of Iams dog food.

Not the best groomers. I have an Australian Shepherd and they never get it right. Uneven trimming. Never take enough off his cut. The bath part is great. He comes back clean and they offer sheadless shampoo. But I will not be returning here. For $100 I'm sure I can find better elsewhere. I've given them enough chances.
