“I dealt with two individuals named Shamara and Ibraheem at GEM PAWN BROKERS today , Monday March 11th, 2024 and I must say that the experience was pleasantly surprising! Both individuals were the epitome of respectful, courteous, kind and at the same time professional in conducting business! Their customer service was exemplary, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I came to learn that this store probably earns better than many others in the chain! Two thumbs up for awesome service! I tip my hat…….. or at least I would if I wasn’t bald headed and actually wore a hat to tip?!
