This lady is crazy!!! She yell at my daughters for walking near her shop who does that! Then she proceeded to say that they know what they did and that they were disrupting her, but when they questioned her asking what they had done she got very upset And threaten to call the cops on my two innocent daughters for walking outside of the shop is this woman crazy??????? Then she proceeded to give attitude to me after confronting her saying that there were security camera footage of my daughters doing something, but they didn’t do anything. This woman is crazy and needs to have her shop close down I feel bad for anybody else who has gone through this woman’s craziness. I will be contacting the cops after this altercation mind you my daughters Are distraught of the scene unacceptable

Buyer beware-This is a charming little shop. Adorably set up. The owner isn’t often available but when you do finally get in: the prices are outrageous. My wife and I purchased three things. An infant hoodie, bathing suit, and romper. The bill was $276.You’ve all been there… we were the only ones in the store and it was already rung up… we just paid, and left.Ok fine. Perhaps the “high quality” items were just a bit pricey and we could move on.No. My wife just found the exact $78 romper we purchased on Mercari for $12. TWELVE DOLLARS.This isn’t a high-end specialty boutique. It’s a rip-off artist that poses as a store owner.Don’t be fooled. Check prices.Sincerely,

Once Upon A Baby Gallery is the best, handmade baby store in the heart of Huntington Village on 17 Wall Street. The store offers an array of magical gift-giving items, along with beautiful couture flower girl dresses and gorgeous Christening outfits, sizes newborn to 10 years old of the highest quality! The store exudes a Southampton flair setting it apart from others within the area. I'm truly impressed by the array of rich fabrics and designs including lace, silk, crystals, and embroidery. The business owner is a talented artist who translates any artistic vision or requests into reality. The prices are fair and reflect the highest quality, you have to come here!

So me and my cousin went shopping in the store looking for baby clothes. The lady first assisted us but after my cousin said a phrase in a different language (that had nothing to do with this lady) she completely freaked out. She proceeded to say “you are all over the place, and i wont continue to show you anything if you wont buy anything.” Mind you we were looking for a good three minutes. After she said this we were going to walk out and she proceeded to scream “it’s disrespectful to come to my store and speak a different language” she then followed us and screamed “don’t come to my country speaking another language.” We walked away to the other store and she was screaming to the people outside about how “foreigners went inside her store.” She was very disrespectful and definitely doesn’t know anything about customer service or human decency. She proceeded to call us the racist lol. Definitely would rate it a 0 if i could.

Negative a million starts if i could!!! Terry (the owner) was indescribably rude and disrespectful to myself and my family (paying customers). Her tone and attitude were absolutely disgusting!!! I wouldn't return to this store if it was the last place on Earth!! ABSOLUTELY BOTTOM OF THE BARREL TRASH!!!

Would not recommend anyone to ever step foot into this store. Please don’t let them waste your time. Clothes are overpriced and owner is extremely rude. Go at your own risk.

Overpriced item 93 dollars for a dress I could order from Amazon for 20. Will not shop here again. Went back to return she stated that she doesn't do returns and final sale sign is all over the store (which it's not). She proceeded to say that she's a small business owner and asked what I do. I told her I was an investigator and she quickly gave me a "20 dollar gift card " which was just written as "20 dollar gift card" on a back of a business card. She then said she doesn't do returns because the money goes to her bank account but her Venmo history says that she made a return.I will never shop at this place again... totally sketchy too that she wants you to make the payment to her PERSONAL Venmo account.

I paid $210 for baby items who's material value could not possibly exceed $10, therefore I would like to think that the remainder of that payment was for the pure entertainment value of being gaslight by the erratic and vaguely menacing owner... Quite apart from screaming at innocent bystanders on the street for 'disrupting her enterprise' the owner interrogated me with invasive questions designed to judge my socio-economic status, made zero effort to understand what I was looking for and regaled me with unsolicited facts about herself and her career. All of this can be forgiven as eccentric; however like many other people do not appreciate blatantly being lied to. When I finally found a pair of baby slippers that I liked, the owner proceeded to bombard me with again unsolicited information about their production and provenance. She claimed both the leather and the production were Italian. She asked if I wanted them to be customised; which of course I did, not thinking to confirm the price because one does not expect baby clothing of no brand-name to be sold at a particularly punishing price-point. When I got to the register I was told the total would be $210 and though taken aback moved to pay with my card. The owner refused saying that she only accepts Cash or Venmo (I find this to be strange for an established business), but out of decency, seeing as the product had been crudely customised with glitter glue I paid in cash and was grateful to leave. I was so relieved in fact that it did not occur to me to check that the receipt of sale had been provided. I also checked the slippers and the production tag inside them evidenced that the slippers were neither Italian nor leather but in fact were produced by a wholesale collaborator of Macy's with the finest polyurethane available in China. I returned to the boutique to ask for a receipt, which was produced only after much protest (and when I say produced I mean literally as she had not drawn up a receipt at all at the time of my purchase). The owner demanded my home address, name and telephone number but backed off when I asked for her company's name on the receipt of sale (literally a pink sheet of paper). I also confronted her about the fact that the slippers were not in fact Italian nor leather, and the owner attempted first to deny this and then when she could not she attempted to gaslight her way out of the situation saying that all brands produce in China anyway. She also followed me to my car which was very uncomfortable frankly. Personally I will never patronise this store again nor can I in good conscious recommend it to anyone looking for a baby gift. The misrepresentation of the product is unethical and possibly also delusional.
