Hi, this is a 13 month review on Northport Mtrs. My wife and I purchased a 13 Wrangler Sahara from this company a little over a year ago. Transaction went smoothly. Aside from an oil change, this Jeep has NOT cost anything for other maintenance. They are very careful as to what they pick out to sell! Shawn and Caseyare set apart in this business. Had a great and easy experience here buying one of their Tacomas. Truck was nice and clean on pickup and they even replaced tires that they felt were too worn to be sold at no charge. Casey made the process super easy and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle and not wanting to deal the annoying parts of buying used cars.

First used car dealership that isn’t selling lemons. Bought a used pickup truck from them a month or two ago and its very well maintained and they even serviced an oil leak for me before pick up. Nice people. Got a truck that didn't quite arrive to me as expected being in such a rush and pressured to get it out to me via delivery but i was apologized to and reimbursed a bit for my problems i encountered. With that being said i have tweaked my rating a bit for the understanding of mistakes and the slipup on their end. They do aim to make you a priority but then again everyone else may have a different experience. Other then that i appreciate their ownership to my situation with the vehicle i purchased which i do love thus far.**update:after barely 900 miles driving the truck the brakes on this truck are shot.. coming to a full stop the sounds of scraping the pads occur and there is literally exposed metal on the top and bottom portion of the rotor channel all the way around. Safety is definitely a concern here. Had to pay out of pocket for brakes since the reconditioning fee and thorough checkup on the truck wasn't truly done fully..
