The team here has shown great compassion to my family and our various cats and dogs over the years. It’s hard to treat a patient that can’t tell you what they’re feeling, but I trust this team is always doing what they believe is in the animal’s best interest.

If I could give no stars I would. The fact this place wouldn’t take my mother in laws dog when she’s been going to this place for years. You are a disgrace the dog was not ok. She’s been there all summer and you say she’s not in the system. The staff here is absolutely appalling you all should all be ashamed of yourselves. You lost a client.

This office overall is good, but I’m writing this to warn pet owners to not use Dr. Tripodi. She is awful, a killer. Save your beloved animal, switch to a different doctor. Save yourself from the immense pain that comes with this mistake.

Went to pick up my dog after a terrible accident. Spoke with Erica and she was incredibly rude. Would give zero stars with could. DO NOT recommend!!

We have been bringing our dogs to My Pet's Vet for 15 years. All of the doctors are kind and compassionate. It's easy to get an appointment. Today, Dr. Tripodi removed a very loose tooth from my dog, making it a pleasant experience for both the dog and owner.

Dr. Brooke was meant to be a vet. She goes above and beyond. Doesn’t nickel and dime us to death. Prices are far better. We owe a huge thank you to both her and the lovely front desk/ techs. Doesn’t push anyone into anything that is beyond their financial means. I will never go back to Jericho Animal Hospital. They missed pancreatitis, and kidney stones from the urine/ X-rays. She is straight forward & open to all questions about alternative medicines like CBD. She was totally in touch with my pet’s nervousness soothing her and mushing her to make her comfortable. After 1 visit my baby is leaps and bounds better than before she saw this doctor. Dr. Brooke even came back out to the front desk AFTER her exam to show each of us the stones she could see in baby’s urine specimen. The place is updated and so clean! Each room has heat blowing where other places let the animal be on the ice cold table. Wish my family & I had started going there years ago. She is empathetic and makes the exam as painless as possible. Executed baby’s exam quickly vocalizing exactly what she felt and saw as she went through every inch of her body. Simply amazing staff ?? ?? We feel like our loved ones are finally in good hands.

Amazing people here. My cat is an outdoor cat and was getting good at someone's house a block away and was cold and in pain due to 3 broken teeth and was taken here. He was taken very well care of and was informed earlier today that he was there. He was cared for very well and I cannot be more thankful. This is a very good place with great people/veterinarians.

Found this vet to be caring, concerned, and an asset to those who love their pets and a vet who also has a caring heart for all of God's creatures.
It's truly hard to find a doctor we are comfortable with these days.
Staff outstanding. Respectful and kind-hearted in words and abd actions, very respectful. The willingness to give more of their time and gentle approach speaks for itself. They have a welcoming demeanor that make us say, this is My Pets Vet. Thank you.

4 stars, for the vets and techs only.It's with genuine disappointment that I share this review. For seven years, we've entrusted our pet's care to this vet based on stellar medical attention. However, the front office team's demeanor starkly contrasts this excellence. The generally impolite, rude, and disingenuous behavior of this office staff has routinely made any interaction, whether in person or over the phone, a disheartening experience.While the medical care is exceptional, some of the office staff's conduct tarnishes the overall service.If you prioritize top-notch veterinary care (which we all should), this place delivers; unfortunately, if you seek courteous customer service, this isn't the right fit. And you can read my review history, you can quickly ascertain that the kids are all right, this is just a fundamental misalignment of personalities upfront.Regrettably, due to the consistently poor treatment by some staff members, we've decided to seek care elsewhere.To the owners: a plea to train and instill a more respectful attitude in your team and to your customers. This "we know better than you" mindset is appalling (a-pawling?) and disappointing. The individuals representing your business must align with the exceptional care your vets and techs provide and command from their staff.

My Dogs and I are new patients at MPV,I was very happy here and felt I needed to write this review.We we were treated with so much care and kindness. We saw Dr. Tripiodi on one day and Dr. Gagliano a few days later with my other pet. (FYI Dr Gagliano volunteers her time to rescues at Paws of war and more❤️) So admirable.These two doctors are Informative, honest and extremely caring with a great bedside manner. The examinations were thorough and I never felt rushed. They took their time to exam and discuss options. The doctors and techs were accommodating to us. I appreciate the old school vibe in the office and the methods. The front desk staff is wonderful, receptionists Mary, Lynn and Jill make you feel welcomed with smiles and positivity. The waiting room has a cozy feel. My fur babies and I felt calm and at ease the whole visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good primary Doctor for your fur babies. A+++++++++++
