I came in for an oil change close to closing and they fit me in right away. It only took about 20 minutes and gave it to me for a great price! They price matched from Groupon. Will be back!

I went in and asked for a quote for an oil change. The manager on duty today started off by saying that I should not talk to his employee and that he gives the employees orders. I only told the employee that I need an oil change.
The manager then proceeded to raise his voice and tell me to wait while he figured out the price for an oil change.
He then goes, takes my vin number and comes back and tells me he can't give me an accurate price as his system was down, and he could only tell the price after they drain the oil to find out how many quarts I needed. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, it shouldn't be that hard. He was playing games with the pricing after he told me standard pricing and that only included 5 quarts and said if there were more then l'd have to pay more. I didn't trust him so l left, especially after he yelled at me. Amazing they get any business. Went down the road to AAMCO less than a mile and they told me exact price, were very professional and $10 cheaper than Midas.
To boot, I said I was going to leave a review and he said go ahead, I’ll just leave a response that makes you look bad.
Very poor behavior and no emotional intelligence. Amazing they are still in business....

Had a synthetic oil change. They noticed the engine air filter and cabin air filter hadn't been changed in a while and advised on replacing them. Took me in as a walk-in. Thanks, Ijaz, who was very helpful.
