Joe is a life saver. Made my experience a lot easier considering I walked in very hesitant. He also helped my mother purchase a new mattress as well and she was very satisfied. He walked my girlfriend and I through everything. He did not stop looking for a mattress for my girlfriend and I UNTIL we were satisfied.
