Asked about watches, never seen a worse sales approach than I did here. Kind of odd. On the plus side, it reinforces why you should just go to authorized dealers of the brand only, and worth waiting for than going to a place like here.

They have beautiful jewelry. Watch repairs done quickly...most same day. Have been going there for 30 years. Owner Lou is a great guy and has the best customer service ever.

I had my Rolex overhauled at another Jeweler, and they totally messed it up. I brought it to Maddeloni, and they overhauled it properly, and did a great job. I will never take my watches anywhere but Maddeloni from now on. Anyone can sell a watch, but not everyone can service them! They have a customer for life, thank you Maddeloni.

Great store and service. Have been here more than a dozen times over the past 10 years and the quality of jewelry and watch services are top notch. Has never been an issue and once during the pandemic when the special battery was difficult to get, they kept updated on the status

My experience with Maddaloni Jewelers was pathetic. I purchased a Mont Blonc writing pen from them. When I received it, it had the Maddaloni Logo in graved in the pen. This wasn’t advertised on the website. I called them to ask for a refund or a pen without a MJ logo. They said submit an email. I submitted the email and never got a response. I reached out to MB and they were not aware of them doing this either. You don’t spend $250 on a pen to have an idiot engrave something in it.

The selection of fine jewelry is like no other I purchased a ring many years ago More recently I had two bracelets made from one necklace to give to my granddaughters. In addition I have had a diamond drop set as well as other repairs done to perfection. Edna P

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair. Whenever my wife comes with me when I’m looking at watches, they always offer to clean a piece of her jewelry. The little touches make a big difference!

I just left Maddaloni Jewelers, and I just had to write this long overdue review. It all started 27 years ago when my husband purchased my engagement ring. We have purchased many exquisite pieces from them over the years, had many items repaired, or just stopped in for a free cleaning. Always very welcoming and always very fair. Today they went over and beyond for me with a ring design and I couldn't be more grateful. The owner Louis, is a class act. Love this place.

Brought in my father's Tiffany watch for a new battery. I had just looked on the back for info of size with a magnifying glass since I wanted a new band. The back was pristine which I thought was odd considering he's had it for 30yrs. The man took the back off the watch then brings the back to me to say " look, the back is scratched before I even touched it". Seems strange he'd be showing me this AFTER he took the back off. Wouldn't he want to do that before hand if there was anything to see? I have worked in a jewelry store before, I am familiar with swapping a battery however I didn't have the right tool to do it myself. When I said something about the watch not having any scratches on the back prior they denied.I went there since I've purchased diamond studs from them in the past. Nope, never again.
