Heidi, Jay, and Jeannine were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I came in with a bracelet from my grandmother and they were able to resize it and make custom earrings for me with the removed pieces. They guided me through the best way to used the remnants and even tried to bring down the cost if I had anything at home to use for the custom piece. I had a wedding in less than a week and they were so kind to rush the job so I had them for the special occasion. They communicated so well from quote to pickup. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Beware! They gave me a written estimate for a small repair, when I went to pick it up it was double without warning. I had no choice that to pay if I wanted my bracelet back. Disappointing experience.

The owner of libutti made me and fiancé so uncomfortable. We had asked her for a refund for his bracelet that kept breaking, she then made a huge fuss about it grabbed her rosary beads put them around her neck and started having a tantrum about us getting a refund. She did not believe my fiancé when he told her how it kept breaking and it was quite disgusting the way she made us feel. She was making rude comments and being overall very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all the owner is extremely unprofessional and has lost our business.

Great experience. I find their prices to be fair and reasonable, and their staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. We have multiple little kids, so shopping is never easy - but they go above and beyond to help out. Quality of work and selections are fantastic as well.

Got my ears pierced at a tatto shop and it was a nightmare, the hoop was huge and they peirced way too big of a hole which started to bleed (a lot). Went here the day after and they did an amazing job cleaning my piercing and repiercing it! Finished look is beautiful. Would reccomend anyone looking for an ear piercing to get theirs done here.

Because i decided to support a local business I walked down NY Ave and found one of the jewelry stores. What a mistake! The owner is nasty, unprofessional, loud and argumentative, to state the least. She doesn't know the difference between treating a customer kindly and not only pushing a product upon one, but ridiculing the customer as questions are asked. And lying and telling her salesperson "shhhh" in front of me. She speaks in a very raised voice--nearly screaming at me-- with utter impatience, even though she would be making nearly $1000 on my purchase. It was a rainy night and I just wanted out. She also looked over my shoulder as I was taking my credit card from my wallet. She made a statement to see my drivers license--not to check the card, to likely read my birthday. Before any further ridicule on my part (she didn't seize with hers) I want to state that some people are out of control because they cannot stay controlled. Some people lash out. Some people have no decorum nor etiquete. I believe that it is better for me to not describe my experience any further -- albeit state even more of the offensiveness and disgustingness poured out upon me. I think it's better to state my opinion. I think she needs a personal evaluation because perhaps because, aside from running this business, she may need help. I won't state the type; read between the lines. It's not my place. But what I am is that perhaps a professional can help her. I do feel quite bad for her if she has an unaddressed issue. But I feel worse for myself but I know to never walk into that store again.She was the worst store owner/employee I believe I have ever encountered and definite such in Huntington Village. Instead of anger if she is to read this perhaps she can understand the genesis of my words since they are the result of dealing with her. She's not a bad person but she needs professional finesse.

I came to libuttis jewelry because I had seen how good the reviews were & im not a person who leaves reviews but walked in there because I was upset & desperate that a special necklace I received as a gift was broken & the staff helped me right away. The special about this all that they didn’t charge me for it. ?? thank you for your kindness , I literally left the spot tearing of joy. Thank you libuttis I will be back to buy from you guys one day , happy holidays !!

Not exactly sure what the going rate is for a resizing little pricey but they got it done quickly on the spot as a walk in so can't complain too much. Not sure why they're using the Polish white eagle as their symbol but I'm sure there's a good story behind it

Libutti Diamond Jeweler is my go to. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I was sorry to read negative reviews from years back because I've never experienced or witnessed anything but the utmost professionalism and care. Give them a try whether you're looking for that once-in-a-lifetime engagement ring or the simplest bauble!

I had the absolute worst experience with the owner of this jewelry store. She over-promised to my eager boyfriend (now husband) who was so excited to purchase a ring for me. He left a deposit and never heard back from her. When he finally contacted her, she told him the deposit was too small and that he needed to pay for the entire setting before she could begin working on it. To give you an idea of how long this took, we had gotten married in the interim and purchased wedding bands elsewhere. By the time the engagement ring was ready, we went together to pick it up and it was not anywhere near what I had initially picked out. To begin with, I asked for platinum and it was white gold. When I told the owner it wasn’t what I wanted, she proceeded to have a temper tantrum and slam the ring box on the counter at me. I was appalled at her behavior. My husband then got upset but the owner assured us that we would get a refund minus a restocking fee. Well, then she backpedaled and told us it was final sale. So I asked her for the setting that we paid for minus the center stone and she refused. It’s going on three months now and my husband was never refunded the thousands of dollars he paid for the setting.

First of all the customer service was amazing at Libutti my fiancé walked into the building knowing 0 about diamonds but Jeanine was able to help him get an understanding about clarity, cuts etc. I am really glad we had them to help us with this process and we got such a great ring.
